“After numerous disappointing experiences at other salons, where stylists often failed to listen to my requests, I decided to give this new salon a chance. Since the people at this place are fairly new to the industry, I hoped they would pay more attention to my needs and they did not disappoint.
Despite initial doubts with the color, I was very pleasantly surprised with the final outcome and I absolutely love how my hair looks now.
This was my first time experimenting with such a light color, and I was nervous about ending up looking washed out if the tone wasn't right. However, my stylist, Haley knew exactly how to tailor the color to complement my skin tone perfectly. I'm thoroughly impressed with her expertise and attention to detail. They might take a little longer than usual, but I'd rather spend those few extra minutes than live with a disappointing style for months.
