“As Canadians, we needed to pick up a set of hiking boots we purchased from a US company quickly and didn't want to risk custom issues. We set up an account at Security Mail Services and had the boots shipped and then we drove and picked them up. What I loved about Security Mail Services is that I was able to do everything on line! I set up a new account on their website, made a request for an after hours mailbox, and was given all the pick up info via email. The system they have is extremely efficient and reliable. The boots arrived on a Tuesday morning and we were able to pick them up that same evening. We will definitely use this service more often!”
