I've been coming to this location for over 5yrs to have my parcels delivered to this location. Very close to the border. The staff are always friendly and the owners are lovely. They offer great prices for parcel holdings for the Canadians.

WARNING do not forget to pick up your packages. I received one email advising I had a package for pick up, I totally forgot, I had to pay $26. in late fees. I know this is my fault for forgetting, just warning you.

Staff are very rude and deliberately make non locals wait while they serve their regular customers. I recommend Canadians go elsewhere. There are dozens of other postal shops around that treat their customers with respect. Train your staff properly! I don’t appreciate being called “bro” every time I go there.

Untrained staff! Rec'd email for renewal & went in 1 day prior to renew. Staff said 'account not due' & handed us our packages. Went back 2 wks later, with no mentioned of any overdue acct, our pkgs were processed. Next week, charged $10 Late Fee before they would release package, as account has been overdue 'by 3 wks today'! Why didn't any of the staff mention this to us in previous times we were at UPS?

They lost my package twice. When it happens, no one really helps. They say they will look but they tell you to claim the insurance through the carrier, even though their own computer notes show the package was signed for from their employee. This is super frustrating so I've stopped using them and have moved to the other place in the same mall.

I was interested in their parcel service till they told me that I had to give up a copy of my drivers licence or passport. Have used other parcel services in Blaine over the years without this requirement. How do I know what safeguards they have in place to protect my information from “hacking”. No way……this is just a parcel service!

They were good the first 3 times before this latest incident. I had received notification that my package had arrived. A few days later while I was still away on vacation, it showed someone had picked up my package. Now of course I am on vacation so there is no way I went and picked it up. Then of course when I arrived to pick up the package, they say its not there and someone else had picked it up. They didn't help me at all and just told me to file a claim on the UPS website. I still don't have my package.Edit: After speaking to the manager as recommended by them. She insinuates that someone must have provided their staff with my ID and picked up the package. How ridiculous is it that she thinks someone must have committed fraud and created an ID with my name and knew I had a package that needed to be picked up there. Next time just admit your staff made a mistake and find a way to rectify the problem.

If you are planning to get a mail box.. this should be the last place you need to get a mail box. You will be the last priority in their service order. Someone in the store just told me walk-in customers are their top priority. They won't help you however urgent it is. They have better service in other Blaine locations.

I had an unfortunate experience at this UPS store. One staff member's interaction with me felt cold and instructional rather than helpful. I also noticed that I didn't receive any assistance with packing or placing my package. When I realized there was a mistake on the receipt, her response seemed to place the blame on me, which felt unfair. While this could be perceived as just poor customer service, the contrast in how I was treated compared to other customers has led me to question whether the treatment I received was influenced by my ethnicity. I would hope that everyone could expect fair and respectful service here, regardless of their background.

We ordered an furniture from Wayfair and the package arrived on Jun 27. No pick-up message from UPS store. In mid-July I called them, they said they didn't received it. We contacted Wayfair, who instantly provided the pictures showing the package was received by the UPS store staff. I forwarded the pictures to them, they replied "Yes, we have it" on July 21. We drove there on Aug 5, and was shocked to know the package wasn't in the warehouse!! The staff Ryan just simply put "I don't know where it is, I'm not the one to receive it, I'm not the one to send you the email. Maybe it shipped out by UPS, why you come here after 20 days? You need to come back again on Monday when my manager is here". Firstly, it wasn't even 20 days! Is there an UPS policy saying the package will be disappeared after 20 days? Secondly, we won't have come if we didn't get the confirmation from the store. How ridiculous! We requested to talked to the manager over the phone, but the manager refused to talk to us. My wife raised her voice a bit under this situation, and Ryan even threatened to call the police! Worst customer experience ever!!You are an UPS store staff, and you represent the company, you cannot just simply push the ball away and throw out such a horrible attitude. Ryan even once mentioned that "there are other customers also waiting for locating their package" meaning we should just calm down and go home waiting? So beware if you send your package there!PS, Ryan called me the following day and the package was back and we had to cross the border again to retrieve it. No even one single apology from them whatsoever despite such a huge uncomfortable issue happened. Never mind, there are so many competitors around that area and we're trying everyone of them. Now we know which one to go to.
