I'm surprise about bad reviews. Every time I got good service but US bank is closed Sundays and Mondays. That is problemetic for Canadians who work and can only go down to Blaine on the Weekend.

Very bad service, they took one hour to open my account and don’t know much. Can’t even help with opening 2 accounts as I need to drive so much hours to get here . No consideration at all… I plan to found an other bank and close my account after transferring it.

The worst banking hours. They keep closing earlier and earlier. dropped at 4pm any they are closed. not a holiday - just a bank that's probably going out if businessthey also hold guaranteed cashier checks for 8 days. what is the point of getting a guaranteed check if they're going to hold it?

Want to give a HUGE shoutout to the gals at this branch! My husband and I stopped in and everyone was extremely friendly and so cheerful! They had cute little pictures in there dogs/animals and it was cutely decorated for Easter. They were super helpful and even gave our little one some snacks and a sticker. We had a really good experience and made our banking experience way more enjoyable. Appreciate you!

After being wasting a ton of time to get a business bank account set up. I get a call after days of waiting and emailing that they cannot, I ask why got the run around. Do not waste your time find another bank that wants your business.

Tried using their 1-800 and really got nowhere’s. One call local of less than 5 minutes solved my problems. Excellent customer service which has kept me here beyond 8 years. Only shows local can deal with local problems than someone sitting 1000’s of miles away.

I did not know that an appointment was needed to go to the bank. When i arrived there were three people working in the bank and no customers. I called and they would not let me or let me make an appointment for that time. It was 3:10 when arrived and they kept saying the bank closes at 4. I was literally crying to get into my safety deposit box and it would have taken 5 minutes but they refused to accommodate me. They close at 4 and I don't get off work in time. I had taken the day off just to go to the bank. They had send me some correspondence about my account that I needed to come in but that also never said I need to make an appointment. They did not care that this was the only day off I had and kept saying make an appointment for tomorrow. They clearly could have accommodated my request but refused too. They had no customers. Unreal. Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. They could have been considerate and it was clearly evident to me they did not care. Sad when a customer service is not number one priority. Especially when there was not a single other customer in the bank.

This bank is a joke. I gave them a shot at doing business with me on a simple HELOC loan. Their appraisers were a joke claiming they contacted me multiple times, when they in fact never reached out to me. US bank ended up dropping that appraiser. Multiple times I was asked for "one" more document to close my loan. 20 document's later they are still asking for documents. I was guaranteed that there would be no yearly fees. When it was time to sign the documents, magically the yearly fee is not waived as was claimed by a representative of the bank i spoke to. Do Not Do Business with this institution. Save yourself the headache.
