I had a difficult situation with the return delivery of a time sensitive critical document. Pav, Pat and John Burger went out of their way to help me with the resolution!! Pav is super awesome!! So lucky to have such amazing USPS staff in our town.

Easy to find place, especially for Canadians who require USPS services.
For anyone who needs to do a FBI Identity history check, USPS requires a US based ID proof(US Passport, US driver's license). Canadian IDs do not work. Something which I did not have and discovered the hard way.

USPS says my package was delivered but it wasn’t. It’s sent to no-one-knows-where. Called USPS customer service and they can’t file investigations because on their end it shows delivered. And called this local Blaine location for assistance but no help was given. Bad customer service

Had an amazing experience with fingerprint collection here today! It took only 10 minutes for the whole procedure and absolutely no wait time. So just a tip: come during workday in am hours and it won’t take long. Try not to use any lotion or hand sanitizer that day, this can affect collection as well. Got my letter literally a few minutes later!

The most kind staff! I had a package sent general delivery, it ended up being mailed UPS (which wasn't the plan), AND the label cut off my name in the address...and they STILL accepted it so I could pick it up while traveling. So happy for their kindness

Useless service, loose your item and do not take any responsibility. Below par resolution by the manager who doesn’t seem to know anything himself and thinks a serious matter of loosing someone’s important documents is a joke.
0 stars! Would never recommend or post anything through this USPS again!

We had an unfortunate experience here the other day. We were trying to do the passport application and photo for our almost 2-year-old and our son was not enjoying the photo-taking part. He was screaming and crying, so we left to take it somewhere else. However, as we were walking out, we heard the woman “assisting” us say to the other people there, “Did you HEAR him??” And they continued to talk about us as we hadn’t even left the building. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Spent an hour here trying to get fingerprinted for a FBI criminal record request. We had to take time off work and arrange childcare to come up here. After a few tries, the agent said she had done the minimum required attempts and couldn’t send the fingerprints as they weren’t good enough. She seemed unwilling to go beyond the minimum required and make multiple attempts to get successful prints. Finally after much persuasion, she made a few more attempts. Then we finally got 9 out of 10 fingerprints recorded well enough. She then couldn’t get the machine to submit the prints, and told us to try again another time. This ended up being a complete waste of time. I called the FBI and they said obtaing successful prints was very dependent on a competent trained agent to take them. It didn’t seem she was well trained on the machine as she was unable to send them, and the entire time the staff there made it feel like we were an imposition on them. This was an extremely wasteful and frustrating experience for us.

They suck, They’ve thrown packages that don’t fit in the mailbox at the end of the driveway instead of delivering them to the house.

This Post Office is Great.
I made a problem forgetting to put my unit number on the address. I called and Teresa answered the phone. I couldn't have had a better person to help me. She made sure I got my package.
I don't know why so many bad reviews.
I've never had a package or any mail go missing in the five years of receiving mail here.
