Okay. I've absolutely had it with the mail carriers here. F street. Hands down worst mail service of anywhere I've ever lived (and I've lived in ALOT of different cities). CONSTANTLY putting the wrong mail in the wrong boxes. It makes you think they don't even care. Not only do they not take the time to READ the address and put it in the right box because that's literally your job but it happens EVERY SINGLE WEEK. For the whole 3 years I've lived here. I can get mail that shows already processed online to be out for delivery and the mail carrier still denies putting it in the wrong box. No comprehension of "there's literally no where else it could be" but instead takes 0 responsibility and tries to blame the sender, when I saw the actual mail piece online myself. The address was correct and showed it was out for delivery in your possession. Horribly broken system. This week they lost my car title by delivering to wrong box and now some random person has possession of it. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable service. The mail carriers cannot be trusted with delivering packages to the right houses or mail to the right boxes. Which once again is LITERALLY THE WHOLE ENTIRE POINT OF YOUR JOB.

This is the worst usps in America. Frequently looses packages according to the facilities i’ve spoken to, they marked my package delivered yet they never delivered it!!! Further more twice in a row they have refused to conduct an investigation or search for the package! Instead they just look up the tracking info and say “it was already delivered!” How Lazy can you be!!! They refuse to answer their phone as well!Do not use USPS to ship to Blaine!I will be escalating this until you get off your lazy butts and actually look for my package and do your damn job!!!!!Im opening up an investigation with consumer affairs!!!

They just can’t get their act together. I have wasted so much time filing claims for missing packages-at least monthly, sometimes weekly. It’s very frustrating.

It's a post office, so things move slowly and there's usually a line, however there's usually less of a line at this location. Definitely a bit busier shortly before closing but not as bad as Bellingham offices. The passport appointments are pretty painless. Our appointments have been prompt, on time and quite efficient. The staff that have helped us with passport applications were experienced and knowledgeable. The staff working the counters were friendly.

In person customer service is exceptional. All post offices will have hiccups in delivery, so not going to deduct a star for that. I came in to get package delivery sorted out and they were extremely kind and efficient!

To a person, EVERYone exceeds expectations for high level customer service! Each person has been positive, patient, helpful and cheerful. The mail and packages I went through this post office arrive either early or on time. This is refreshing in comparison to a large metropolis post office I frequented when living on the East coast.I look forward to my visits to the Blaine, WA post office!

I had 3 packages sent to my PO Box under the same tracking number because they were all the same order and went together. I went to pick up the packages and was only given one box. I checked that all 3 boxes had been confirmed as delivered to Blaine PO and they were. So I went back inside and asked for the other 2 packages. The clerk could only find one of the packages. She wrote down my phone number and said they would call be when they found it. I asked for a number to call in case she didn't call me. She wouldn't give me a number and said they would find the missing package and would call me. That was almost a week ago. I've been calling their posted phone number many times a day and it rings 10 times then it hangs up. I don't drive so it's difficult for me to go there every day and stand in the lobby while someone pretends to go look for my missing package. The customer service is horrible. This package was verified to be in that post office, so where is it? Why can't we call and speak to a person? What is the name of the Post Master? How will this be resolved?

CROOKS (or incompetent people) WORK HERE! In the first two weeks of owning this mailbox, 3 packages that were delivered on 3 different days in a row, all tracking numbers show that the packages were signed for by the post office employees are all missing! The employees say they can't find them, and don't do anything to help. I only waited until the last package was delivered to attempt to pick them up. So the first package wasn't there for more than a couple days. I wish I would have read the other reviews before opening a mailbox here! Missing packages is way to common at this post office.

Absolutely furious with lack of availability can't get through on the phone can't get ahold of anyone by email my package is marked delivered but it wasn't or atleast not to the correct address, out of 8 packages 1 has made it to my doorstep. I'll be having a word in person with post office employees soon to discuss, embarrassing for a post office, gov official job and only working as hard as a 16yr old at McDonald's.

Not sure why so many postal customers are unhappy and complaining. All the post offices I have visited have shown politeness, respect, great advice and responses. The Blaine office have the nicest staff and they always greet folks with smiles.

How does the US government keep the people employed at this facility? The service is the most slowest and inefficient I have ever seen. The employees have zero customer service skill and appear to move slow intentionally. I think AI robots would work better here! Replace them already!!! Ughhh.

I am a big fan of the USPS, having gotten great service wherever I have lived all over the West Coast. However, the Blaine PO is a sad exception. Mistakes on hold mail requests, lost prescription drugs, and no way to contact them by phone. The worst!
