They are professional they are kind, they treat you like family and most importantly they do a fantastic job with customer service.
Their technicians are so kind and their counter staff as well. If you’re in the mood they’ll provide you with a beverage And you feeling 100% taken care of.
The owners Thao and her husband Derek are amazing people!!!!
The entire team in Bonney lake and I’m sure at the other locations are fantastic and I recommend them highly to anyone

Lu is amazing! She listens to what you want and actually does it! She shares her thoughts on colors - which I appreciate, and if she doesn’t think it’s a good color for you, she tells you! Lu, where have you been all my life?

Always a good job, but I made an appointment with a specific lady who was recommended for manicures and the person who did my pedicure just decided to do my manicure also without asking me (she did ask the other manicurist though.) Either way, I felt uncomfortable to speak up, but I wish my appointment was left as I booked it.

Should a thorough job they look beautiful and feel nice and I have difficult feet

I try to get in with Hailey everytime I need my nails done. She is so talented and the absolute sweetest!!
Requested style: I always just bring in pictures of how I want them to look and Hailey can do it! She will add or change a color and they always turn out better than I expected!
