My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones. One employee was working and they couldn't give us the time of day. There were no phones out to look at, only other electronics. I would like to see and handle a phone myself before a purchase so we left as I couldn't do that here.
We went back a couple weeks later. Still no phones to look at but at least the agent had a minute to bring some out. We liked the S23 ultra. They had a deal, trade-in your old phone and get $800 back. So we bought the new phones and also 2 smart watches. We had 30 days to turn our old phones in. When we turned them in the gal said they were fine (even with a small corner crack in my screen).
After months of no refund my husband called at&t (not the store) and they said both phones were damaged with multiple screen cracks and we won't be getting the $1600. They said the stores are promising customers that they get the refund "no matter what" and they are lying to us as that's not the case. They said that we have to talk to the store for our credit as they have "nothing to do" with this.
What a joke. The store won't do anything because "the phones were fine" when they sent them in. We can't even get our old phones back. Thanks for the lousy service. I can't wait to go back to my old carrier. Over 20 years with them and never had a problem. Joined my fiancé with his at&t account, wish I hadn't.

Nowadays people are so fast to leave a negative comment but id like to give kudos to my experience calling this location. Demetrius was the associate I spoke to and he was very helpful. It’s actually rare nowadays to receive kind, courteous, and attentive assistance but he gave it. Kudos to him and the store owner should know he has a good employee.

The charging port was damaged. They removed the case from the damaged cell. After getting a new Samsung S23FE. And after I returned home I noticed the case was not in the bag!! I will be requesting a new case at their cost!!

Andrew A is awesome. I asked him for help with a company phone and switching it over. For me alone it would have been very complicated. He was glad to help me and got everything switched over.

There's always an excuse why they cannot help you. They will tell you something is buy one get one free and then you look at your bill and you're getting charge for it so nothing was free. They tell you you're getting a $700 credit for trading your old phone and then when you trade it in you only get 350.

Not happy at all with the customer service at this store. We traded our phone in back in June and never received credit due to the employee losing our phone we brought in. We can't get anyone to help rectify the situation after continually going into the store for resolution. After being long time customers of AT&T, it is very disappointing! 10.23 thanks for the canned response, exactly what I expected nothing!

Very poor service at the Bonneylake AT&T store. We turned in a phone for trade in June and the employee lost or stole our phone. Did not do what they should have and we never received our credit as promised. Have been back to the store multiple times and get no where. They don't care, it's obvious. Do not go to this store let alone AT&T ever!

A shady car salesman perfectly describes this location. I turned in my older iPhone for a $700 credit on a new one during AT&T's last promotional over the summer, and I still haven't seen the credit for the phone on my bill, and their two-for-one Apple watch sale didn't pan out either as I got charged full price for both watches. When I called and inquired about this at the store, we were mocked and belittled. I have been with AT&T since 2004, but I am now actively looking for another provider. I also tried to show up during their regular business hours to find the door locked and the employee sitting in their car in the parking lot playing on their phone. They did not bother to get out of their car and open the store back up when they saw us pull up into the parking lot. Shameful location.

Can I leave zero stars? These people are super shady salesmen. Never again will I go to this location. Ask for a printout because they promise a lot of savings and I ended up with a giant monthly bill and "It was what I asked for," they said. When I asked for an explanation and for things to be corrected they said it was too late... with a giant, slimy smile of course. I will be leaving AT&T asap.
