A massive thank you to Chris the Manager for helping me so much yesterday! You are a amazing person! On a side note over the years I've gone there for tail light bulbs and I'm totally car lame and the bulb location is especially difficult on my car they always offered to help me put the bulbs in for me. And even a car battery several years ago. The staff there is always so helpful and incredibly caring and nice! Thanks for being the best auto zone location! This review is long overdue for how many times they have been great ???

They're always friendly and when I have a check engine light come on they're more than happy to check it with their machine. Nissan charges an arm and a leg to do that. My car is a 2006 and I don't have that kind of money.

The return policies of autozone are a joke. I tried to return a $6 oil filter after they looked at my car and sold me the wrong one, but I had no receipt. They told me that they would give me store credit, if I could produce ID, which I left at home. Returning with if would cost more in gas that the return. When asked if I could just exchange without giving ID, they of course said no. Don’t shop here unless you know exactly what u are buying or are habitual about saving receipts. So sad. Customer service is a thing of the past!

Great service... very helpful staff...if they don't have your part in stock they will have it within 24 hours.. They have O'Reilly auto parts beat hands down on pricing and service..
