“Great experience with this local company. I do recommend them. Anthony was very responsive to my calls text and questions. There were a couple tiny bubbles in the ppf as well as some in the window tint I noticed when I picked up my car. Anthony said they would dissipate as the they cured over the next 2 to 3 weeks and if not to bring it back in. In fact I can't see them anymore after the first week. I have already recommended Ocdetail to a friend that will likely be calling about getting his car in soon.Great work thanks much for delivering a quality job the first time. Nice work guys!!!”

“My car was recently fixed at CARSTAR and it was a great experience. I was informed of progress as it went along and my car was finished earlier than expected. They also cleaned the interior which I did not expect. They found some trailer keys in it that I thought were long lost. This saved me money by not having to replace a lock. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing body work.”

“My car was stolen middle of November. Recovered shortly thereafter with what looked to be minor repairs needed. Had my car sent to Fix Auto as they are a preferred repair center with my insurance and close to home. Once there, they found out there was potential engine damage from the joy ride these thieves took my car on. They immediately got on the waiting list for a local mechanic to diagnose and got my car over there for inspection. Kept me updated along the way of the whole process. Car ended up being totaled once the quote for repairs was submitted to insurance, but I'm very pleased with the friendliness and communication I received from the staff at Fix Auto!”

“I was in a car accident a few months ago (front door got hit and was completed smashed in). The first body shop I took my car to wanted A LOT of money for this somewhat simple repair. So I then called Quality Auto since they seemed to be a smaller shop, and they gave me a much more reasonably priced quote for the repair needed. I highly recommend quality auto for your repairs and paint jobs. They (Dave and his brother) were able to fix my car within a week and for a much better price. “I had an old truck that was in a minor collision with a telephone pole. No other shop would touch such an old vehicle, but didn't want to take it to the scrapyard just yet. “I backed into a tree limb last summer and it left a very ugly dent and peeled the paint away on my ram tailgate. I called CARSTAR Hi-Tech Graham made an appointment with Bill Millhollin to get a quote. Their quote was the lowest because the other 2 quotes wanted to replace the entire tailgate so I called Bill for a time to bring the truck in they removed the tailgate so I could keep the truck. 9 days later CARSTAR called said I could come pickup the tailgate. I’m very pleased tailgate looks brand new color matched perfectly and so quick getting it back. Very pleasant experience, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable but best of all I was kept informed as to where the tailgate was in the repair faze so I knew when they started working on it when it was being painted and then my phone call to come pick it up with a text message for confirmation. Super great service and so quick. Thank you CARSTAR!”
“I have a 2018 Audi S5, the entire passenger side was in a collision. They repaired it and it looks as good as new. Everyone was very helpful with giving me updates on parts, they had enterprise ready to give me a car. I had to bring my car back in about 6 months after to fix some errors that came up, they fixed it same day, got my car back, everything is perfect. I'm very glad I brought it here, they took care of me very well.”

“We stopped in to just look at and compare the different models as we are looking into a new car for my wife. We spend several minutes browsing the lot and checking out the different models. We were then approached by a representative named Mike. He was knowledgeable in the vehicles and was able to offer his suggestions based on what we stated we were looking for. We were only there to visually check out two models but Mike gave his thoughts and then had my wife test drive the two. His input was very helpful. It was a good visit. If my wife decides on the Mazda we will definitely be heading back to talk to Mike again.”
