Kayla at Box Drop was very personable and very helpful! It felt like we were working with a friend. She was so friendly and quickly found answers to our questions. We found the right reclining chair and I can’t wait to get it delivered! Their prices were fair and what I expected. We will definitely go back again when we need a new couch! I love shopping local!

We had the best experience here on 1/3. From Jessica sending photos and all the info the day before then the customer service once we were there was outstanding. We previously had the Costco coddle aria sectional. We bought it in July and it was the most firm horrible couch we’ve ever bought. After a few short months of normal use and the springs are starting to come up out of the cushions. Never again buying one from Costco. I messaged in looking for one of the fuzzy couches and she sent me all the photos and specs of everything. We went in the next day and it was a seamless easy process. We were in and out within an hour. And we picked it up next day 1/4. Highly recommend box drop for any couch needs!

Good little store and selection. Unfortunately we bought from Ashley, but I can say if it wasn't from Ashley's it wouldn't have been Mor. It would have been BoxDrop. Worth a check out.

Jessica was so helpful and kind! She helped us in the store and went over lots of options that would fit our space. A few days later I called her and she processed my transaction with delivery easily over the phone. Highly recommend checking them out and ask for Jessica!
