My son was in an accident and I went to help him at the scene. Cascade towing was called for the tow. I was told that It would be $350 by Drew. She did not send me a receipt at all. When I checked my bank account, I noticed they had actually charged me $400 instead of $350.
I called and spoke with Drew and she said that there were charges because I used a credit card. I told her that this was not explained to me. She handed the phone to her manager and he just answered the phone as if he was not explained the situation at all by Drew.
He asked if I had a question. I then repeated the situation and then he said that he would not refund me the $50. I said , well then I am going to send a bad review. This was not the price we agreed upon. He then started taunting me, saying oh no, don’t leave me a bad review… I was very shocked that he was the manager, Drew was a lot more respectful than he was.
I then hung up on him for being very rude.
I suggest using a different towing company who is honest and treats their customers with respect.

We received wonderful service on 9/11/25 at 9 at night. I believe the driver was Willy. He got our vehicle picked up within 30 min and had it at our house. Thank you for the great service

Cascade Towing is honestly the BEST towing service! I called because BM Towing never showed up, didn't answer they're phone and after waiting over 2 hours, I gave up. So I called Cascade Towing and spoke to Drew, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. She was at the location to pick up my car within 5 minutes, she hooked it up within minutes and towed it to my destination. I am incredibly impressed with how easy, hassle-free, professional and how quick my car was towed. THANK YOU again Drew! You are a badass. 🔥 GIRL POWER!💪

The ladies working here were extremely helpful and took care of us and answered all of our questions. They gave us options and explained how everything worked. They were empathetic as I’m sure they deal with all sorts of crazy things and helped give us a positive experience despite a not so great situation. Thank you ladies!
