I believe that for most people there are 2 list in life, the things you ‘want to do’ and the things you ‘have to do.’ I would say that for most people, getting a haircut is in the ‘have to do column.’ I know that is how I felt, that is until I went to Classy Cuts. Now, getting a haircut is something that I want to do. I enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere, a little bit of pampering and a terrific end result. My hair has never looked so good. I’m not used to being complimented on my haircut, but now I expect it after a trip to my favorite Salon. Thank you Tina for a perfect experience every time.

If you're always on the go and you keep forgetting to make hair appointment like myself. Don't make the mistakes of walk ins like I have in the past with bad haircuts, bad hairstylist, and you're leaving angry and sad that you feel like an idiot. It was 2023, one day I needed a last minute haircut to get ready for the 4th of July weekend. I was very cautious of this place, no appointments needed, thi place was very clean and had a friendly staff. To my surprise ? this place was very professional and they have alot of repeat clients who they know on a first name basis. I was relieved and since I've been coming here I get the haircut and hairstyle that I want. So guys, say no more! This is the place if, you're in the Bonney Lake area. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. It's the cheapest price around for haircut and shampoo. Just google image on your phone what hairstyle you desire, show it to any of the stylist and bam it's done ✔️

Frequently get my flat-top refreshed here. The staff are all pleasant and polite. Unless there is a full lobby, the walk-in wait is never very long, and they are always wanting to make sure I am happy with my result. Flat-tops are not a simple haircut, so I appreciate their attention to detail. Good local location so far as I am concerned; a worthwhile stop for hair cuts!

I have been going to Classy cuts for 8 years. Tina the owner is amazing! She is so professional and is an awesome hairstylist. They offer many other services like waxing and facials. I have had all services and have been very happy with my results. I highly recommend this salon to all!!Her staff are amazing too!!!

My favorite place to get my haircut and color. Always friendly and welcoming to see me. They do exactly what I want each time.
I have been to a lot of places and very willing to do the drive to Bonney lake to have Tina and the other Ladies cut my hair. ❤️

Got the haircut and shampoo. The barber didn't smile once, she was too aggressive with the precision trimmer and nicked my ear making me bleed, no apology. She was far too fast and careless with the thinning scissors and kept pulling my hair. When she went to shampoo my hair it started cold then was uncomfortably hot. Definitely won't be going back or recommending this place.

Great stylists who do a great job on men's haircuts - but very unprofessional at times.
I have many examples over the years, but a few that finally made me write a review are, that I've seen so many times: They will have customers who wait for their preferred stylist, see the customer wait 30 minutes or more due to someone being there before them (which is normal), and then come up to them and say someone has an appointment before them. It's another 20 minutes before they could see them when they could've just told the customer when he/she checked in that it would be 50 minutes due to a customer having made an appointment.
Also, they gossip a lot about customers and talk bad about them constantly. I get my hair cut once a month, and at least nine times out of a year, I hear them talking bad about a customer.
Like I said - good haircuts, but they are just very unprofessional, especially the owner, she does the best work, but is like a drama queen and they always need help understanding why customers are mad at them - it's because you guys are unprofessional and talk bad about your customers in front of people. After this week, I'll be going somewhere else due to how unprofessional they are.

I was trying to be optimistic really I was. I didn't get a good vibe from the get go. I should have went with my gut. I asked for my hair cut and shampooed. I sit down and I show her what I want. She proceeded to wet my hair with a spray bottle and then asked me oh do you want shampoo? I said oh no its ok you seem really busy. She didn't day anything and continued. I attempted to make small talk maybe to ease her in to relaxing. Anyways that didn't go well. She is still cutting my hair and is using these like layer making scissor. And then told me that my hair is really thick, (my hair is sooo thin) I just said oh ok. So the end nears and she asks me about my cut and I said well I wanted all of this cut off it was all my split ends left I kid you not! It was crazy like she just cut all the healthy hair and left all the dead. She abruptly says to me, "oh you change your mind!! I said no, no I just wanted it cut shorter but yeah no worries!
I didn't want to make a seen.
I paid 34.00 plus tip. Yeah I still tipped her. But please if you are thinking of going here re think it. Really sit and think do I really want to do this?
I ended up in the Rainier Valley at Tina's Hair Salon. Thank God she salvaged my hair but it is in a bob now.
I really tried to like this place. I just think this business needs some customer service classes or something. I think the lower prices bring people in. But its really not worth it trust me.
