We always have great experiences at Costco! We went in to prepare for an upcoming vacation, I had worked all day, the kids were impatient and ready for pizza! We got to check out and it was busy. Andy helped us he was efficient, polite and professional! He made my girls feel so comfortable and important while lightly joking around, smiling and making small talk with them while keeping the line moving! He has exceptional customer service skills!

Went to the Bonney Lake Costco for the first time since opening there and have to say it in my opinion is the best Costco location for multiple reasons. Accessing the store by driving in and out with multiple entrances & exit points is a beautiful thing and the people working there are kind, friendly and helpful. One particular person named Andy, went out of his way when he observed me struggling to get a big box into my vehicle, ran over, assisted me, thanked me for shopping there, shook my hand and said have a great day! Just when I thought that level of service was a thing of the past. Thank you young man and Costco for hiring you!

We literally drive all the way from West Seattle to the Bonney Lake Costco because that’s how good it is. The difference in experience is huge. Parking is super easy to get (compared to the chaos at SODO), and the whole vibe of this store is just better.
The employees here are always friendly, helpful, and patient. The store feels clean, organized, and way less hectic. Even checkout moves quicker — the lines look long sometimes but they move fast because the staff actually keeps things flowing.
The layout feels more open, the shelves are well stocked, and overall it feels like they actually care about the customer experience. After coming here, it’s hard to go back to any other Costco.
If you want the “Costco but without the stress” experience, Bonney Lake is the one.

Love the self checkout. Makes it easier when I only want a few items.
I don't know about anybody else but I always end up spending about twice as much as I planned on spending when I get there! Between the samples in the aisles and the special stuff they bring in.I always find something new and fun to try. Always great prices. Love their sales and definitely shop the sales. I keep saying i'm going to stop and eat lunch there.But by the time i'm finished shopping, all I want to do is get out because I already blew my wad.

All the employees are always so helpful. This store is always very clean. Just renewed our membership. We had to move some individuals around and combine 2 accounts. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and helpful!
