* I was asked by CVS/BonneyLake to leave a review on Google VIA Email.Super sad! Love the BonneyLake Target SO much! But the CVS-Pharmacy here, can’t get it together. A ton of turnover since Covid can be partly to blame, I guess. But, I also feel that some of that really should be better now. & especially when it comes to health related things & lives in danger or could be- there should be no excuse. But, this remains to be their excuse & I continue to struggle with it because in the last three years, I have only met one tech. girl who is an absolute doll. She said everyone keeps leaving so she probably won’t be here long. & Yes, I have communicated this both in a survey (4X) and on the phone with or to the Manager, not once but twice (1 whom still works there & 1 whom I believe has sadly left).I think Constructive Criticism is a good thing but some don’t. It only works if both parties agree and want to change. I have noticed no changes since any of my reviews, talks or anything very sadly. & yes, I am working on switching pharmacies, but it’s a lot of work. A lot of the issues here are “101” things, when it comes to Pharmaceuticals sales. Please do better!The texts don’t stop. The phone calls won’t stop. I’m called to be told my meds are ready, I show up and “oh that will be ready in 30-45 minutes every single time.” OR 90% of the time, to be more exact. No wonder the line is so long. It only makes it harder for you AND us, the customers. Pls wait until meds are ready! It really does help.& then pls fix your phone-email/texting system or whatever it is. This is 2022 & it’s becoming #spammy like. Thank You for reading. Everything is guaranteed to change if some of these things do.I truly hope things change ASAP!Patience!Kindness!Honesty!

Said it would be twenty minutes for my six year old’s medication for his horrible cough that won’t go away. Pharmacy person said I would get a text and assured me it wouldn’t take more than 20 minutes. I waited with my sick child and I never received a text so I went to the pharmacy and they have closed for the night. Absolutely horrible service and though this the worst it is not the first. Go elsewhere.

They send texts saying your order is ready. When I get there, it isn't actually ready and I'm told to wait "15 minutes". Every. Single. Time. I only go here because of the location. We need a good drive-thru option here in Bonney Lake.

Terrible customer service. Always long lines, never have orders ready when they say they will even if you give them extra time. They *NEVER* answer the phone. Never friendly. Never offer consultations when they see you have new meds. I miss going to the Renton CVS inside of Target at the Landing, they were amazing. This Bonney Lake location is so bad.

If so, then this is the pharmacy for you! So much wrong with multiple prescriptions for the family over the last month. Twice I received texts saying my prescription was ready for pick up only to go there twice and have them tell me they don't have a prescription for me. Called it in over the phone 2 additional times and both times I called to check, they said they were trying to contact the doctor. Had a prescription for my daughter to pick up. False ready text once. Waited 2 additional days and went down. Waited in line to find out not ready yet, but should be 15 minutes. Strolled around Target for 20 minutes and came back, still not ready. Gave up and left just to get a text an hour later saying the prescription is not in stock. They appear very unorganized. Although I get preferred pricing from them through my insurance, I think I will go somewhere else and pay extra. Discount doesn't do you any good if you are never able to pick up meds.

Orders are never ready when they say they are. Wait times are way too long. I’m planning to switch to Amazon percrisption services
