Every year I come in to print birthday invitations and every year, I regret my decision.The customer service is non-existent, regardless of the employee working. The lack of friendliness and helpfulness is apparent as soon as you walk in the door.I will be looking elsewhere for my printing needs.

Zero accountability for their mistakes. I have two packages sent to this location. I unexpectedly needed to leave town and was unable to pick up in the allowed time. I called the location and was assured the would hold it an additional day. I was called again but an employee asking off I was picking up, I told him I called in already to have it held longer and he said great. I went to pick it up today and they returned it. They told me I needed to call customer service which then told me I needed to contact the company the package came from. Basically I have to do more running around because they did not do their job.

I'm in this location several times a week and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have helped me out in a pinch a few times and I am very thankful for them. I will literally travel to this store even if I'm closer to another location just to see a friendly face! Thanks for all you do!

Exceptional customer service from both employees behind the counter on Friday evening 8/18. Thank you for helping me with my passport photos! The gentleman that helped me made the process so simple and quick.

Currently sitting outside the store with a few other costumers... 30mins later, still not open. And I saw the employee enter the store 10 mins before it was to be opened. Hopefully they are ok. But to the owners, maybe you should open with 2 employees! It's not safe to be alone!

I had placed an order for pick up the next day and called in the morning to discuss paper quality bc it wasn’t an option during the order process. The female who answered the phone was extremely rude saying she was really busy and would call me back. 4 hours later I called her back and got the same answer. At 3 I finally called and said I’m worried about what quality they would print and she said “it’s always good”. And hung up. Kept saying how they only had 2 people working and corporate says things will be ready but they won’t. I got to pick up my 5 o’clock order at 6:30. Which would have been fine had it not been for the HORRIBLE attitude.

Not very helpful at this location. My company uses FedEx to package and return equipment all the time just and sent me prepaid label and the staff at this office acted like they have never packaged or shipped 10 laptops together. Filing complaint with their Corp now!Just sharing my poor experience, wasting gas and time...Maybe try ups or usps!

I wish I could leave no stars today. I have been buying copies at this store several times over the past few year's. I send my paper's via email, and the person behindthe counter prints it for me. And charges me the price of the copy, which is currently 24 cents. Today, the man that is working behind the counter was extremely rude. I told him I sent a form that I need to have printed. And he said, what did you send. I said I sent an Email. He said did you send it by email. I said, do you want me to say it again? He said, oh you had your phone to your ear so I didn't know if you were talking to me. I guess that it annoyed him, that I was on the phone. He knew I was talking to him. I said he was being rude. So, anyway, he checked for the email and said it's not here, and left to help another customer. So, when the other employee finished with the customer she was attending I asked her if she would check for my email. The email was there so .she printed the copy for me. Then the man came over and said "let me check it out" then he tells me it will be 3.00+. I'm like, whaaat? Why? I've never paid that much before. He said it was an extra fee for assistance with the copy. I was kinda speechless. And I just left. This will be the last time I come to this store. Very shady,. Punishing me for calling him out on being rude I do believe.

I was having issues with my online profile and the agent over the phone was not very good at her job. I came into the store and Tam was awesome! You can when someone likes there job and is committed to taking care of the customer! Tam was busy with many customers, but made it a point to check up on me numerous times. If you go to this store and get Tam you’ll be taken care of well!

I have had so-so interactions and experiences with this crew, but I gotta say, I had a last minute round of postcards that I needed printed. The timeline had the print production done the following morning and my client needed their postcards (understandably so, I turned in the job at 5pm and they close at 7pm), so I gave them a call to see if it were possible to have them done by closing. The manager there answered and after talking for a few minutes, he said that to come by during closing and the job should be finished. Let me just say, this crew stayed an hour past closing time and finished the postcards. Their dedication to customer experience and satisfaction was seen and I will be working with them again. I'll do my best to not turn in last minute orders and expect the impossible, of course! These guys did just that—the impossible.

I've had to come here a couple times for work related print projects and the team here has always been super helpful and timely! They even provide some recommendations for me when I'm unsure what paper, gloss, etc to choose. That is super helpful for me! Thanks FedEx team

I dropped a package off here that was pre-labeled to ship. They were very busy as it was the week before Christmas and the guy told me that since it was pre-paid, I could leave it in the prepaid drop. Low and behold, my package (a 300.00 return to Saks) was never entered in the system to track and of course the item was never received by the company. FedEx has denied the claim of course and I now have to go through Saks and have them file a claim with FedEx.
