I mean I think this might be the worst quality haircut I have ever had in 37 years of life đ. I should have just handed my toddler a trimmer. It would have looked better.

Zero stars. I checked in my kids and I online and went inside after 30 minutes. It was automatically a huge issue that my phone number was different than the last time I was there. The lady with long hair that was helping was getting upset and walked away because she didnât know how to update my phone number. An older lady with very short white hair took over and didnât ask but told me that weâve never been in there before which we have multiple times and that we used an older phone number to check in online but I donât remember my old phone number so how could I have used that when I just typed in my normal phone number 30 minutes ago. She didnât seem like she knew what she was doing and tried to put my kids and I in the system and she spelled our names wrong and laughed even though my husband spelled it out for her. We were checked in to be next to get our hair cuts but she moved us last on the list with a 70 minute wait time instead but still didnât know what to do about our phone numbers and was still confused. She didnât explain anything to us. We ended up walking out of course. The two employees didnât know how to use the computer, the one with short white hair was extremely unprofessional and rude to my husband and I because I didnât have the same phone number. Itâs literally a phone number. This was 07/27/2025 at 11:20am so whichever employee that was with the short white hair should not be helping at the front desk.

Hair cuts are fine, just have now had two experiences where great clips sends me a coupon but both times they have said that it has already been used when it hasn't and then the store doesn't honor it. It's not a huge deal but if you go in expecting the coupon price you probably won't get it.

I went and got my hairs cut "professionally" For the first time in 20 years and and I sought for sure.I was going to go to this place and get a nice hair cut. I don't remember what the girl's name was, But she had a bunch Of tattooing on her arms and was fairly good looking. She literally cut my hair For about 5 minutes, maybe 6 or 7?But next thing I know she says i'm done. Now a couple days down the road , i'm Looking in the rear view and my bangs are all uneven.and Now I have to even them out myself.. I left this lady a $10 tip.
Just because I thought it was the right thing to do I didn't Notice the terrible haircut she gave me. Anyways, I would not recommend this place at all.
And and I will probably stick with cutting my hair myself.Like I did the last twenty years and never had any problems!

If there is one thing that really bothers me about any business, it is when they do not update their online information at ALL the major search and social media sites that they have previously chosen to utilize to establish their online presence to promote their existence...so when you make a change to hours of operation, which is one of the most top reasons people search online for a business...change the information at ALL the platforms that you participate on...Like.... Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram...not doing this tells me that you don't value your existing or potential customers time or just in general....smh...

I received a coupon code in my email and from a previous experience at another location learned that not all codes were accepted at all locations. So I decided to call them before we went there. The lady on the phone told me that she could not tell me whether it would work or not until she entered it because some codes don't work and some do and some are already redeemed and can't be used. I asked her how would the code be redeemed if I haven't used it yet. And explained I got it sent to me from a Facebook ad. She explained that it doesn't matter where I get it from. That she's not a computer system and does not know how these things work. And before I could even ask a clarifying question I heard her say "really" and she hung up the phone on me. I will never come to this location or recommend it to anyone.

Not handicapped friendly. No walker accessibility and waited 20 minut3s while hairdressers talked before I left. Totally unacceptable.

We have been there several times with different technicians and have yet to receive a good haircut. Most of them we had to have them fix it. The stylist seem to not have alot of either training or experience

Checking in through your website sucks and is going to make me find a new place to go! I dont have room on my phone to download you app so I have to use the website! It worked just fine befor you changed the site! And when the page says Bonney Lake why do I have to enter a zip code to find the store then look for a stupid bubble to click on that says Bonney Lake then I get a blank page and cant get on the wait list! ???

Just took my son here and the lady who helped us was the only rude person in the salon. She made snide comments the whole time, butchered my sonâs hair and blamed it on us. Asked us if we were happy with it and then refused to fix it when we essentially said we werenât satisfied. She told us our 3 year old âDidnât do his part of sitting still and thatâs on us.âThis is the rudest woman Iâve spoken to at a salon.She asked my husband to take our son to wash him off so she could clip his hair, then told us we got it wet so she couldnât clip it. Abhorrent customer service and lack of skill.We didnât leave a tip because she was being rude and she said âOh, thanks for that.â As we walked out. Weâve never had a bad experience at the Auburn location and wonât be returning here if thatâs how they treat their customers.Take ownership of your horrible haircuts and donât blame your customers for your lack of professionalism.
