“I am extremely Happy & totally Appreciate the Quality Service I received at the Puyallup Store, Avery Dickens. Because of Avery's knowledge of the Bernina Models & Financing, she was able to recommend the 590e which will be more suitable to my needs & to experience embroidery & quilting. Thank You Avery”

“The guys who work here are so good with kids!! Went here by request from my 4 and 6 year old boys to look at Pokémon cards. The employees took the time to ask them questions about their favorite Pokémon and spoke directly to the kids instead of to the adult. Had fun sitting and flipping through some card binders. Free stickers and hooked us up with quarters for the coin operated card dispenser! Such a fun surprise especially since I never have quarters on me. My boys will make sure we go back.”

“I like the products but it was difficult to locate some items due to them being in different places. The sales should also be marked clearly so as not to confuse consumers”

“day trip down from the plateau but worth the effort to get some laps in on the west side. located on the main drag just a bit south of the edgewood windmill Pacific Slot Car has a staight line running opposite a well stocked sales and service counter; drag and road, cars and chassis, new motors, bodies, pretty much anything you need or need replaced... two tracks in back are in great shape and unlike anything I'd driven to this point; maybe they're unique? maybe they're common to the west? they're listed as Ogilvie's and I have no idea what that means but they drive pretty well. 114' long, mostly flat, and pretty bendy the yellow Twister track is a challenge for my box stock mazda. the regulars have figured the necessary modifications to complete the circuit at a high rate of speed and low rate of crashing so bully for them! the big red U-shaped Bullring comes in a little shorter at 90' and is suitable for racing 1/32 and 1/24 cars but was occupied by some folks running rentals at the time and I didn't feel like intruding... the locals are friendly enough that I'll probably make another trip out and give it a spin ;-)”

“I'm not a tabletop gamer, and I'm obviously the complete antithetical archetype for the people here, however, they always treat me well, and help me find what I need with painting and other similar supplies. Says a lot about the level of respect these people have for their community. 100% recommend going here no matter what if you are looking for anything they sell.”

“The post office lost my package. I asked Spencer to repeat the order and charge me as I can file an insurance claim with USPS. They shipped out a replacement nearly instantaneously via next day service and straight up refused my payment. Incredible customer service. Thanks Spencer team!!”

“When I stopped there, I was picking up a Order that I paid for online. The cashier was very sweet and asked me if I needed something even though there were people in line. When I told her I was just there to pick up my order everybody let her go get it and give it to me so I could leave. I paid less for it there at GameStop.”

“It's a Michael's. Staff was friendly but self check out area is difficult due to lack of counter space. It's just an odd set up for checkout all around.”

“I continue to feel drawn to this specific spot after doing research and reading reviews, I felt even more comfortable, and at ease to bring my items to this shop. Upon entering, I was helped by a gentleman for just a brief moment and then he went and grabbed Tony the owner, Tony was very helpful knowledgeable didn’t beat around the bush. I appreciated everything that he had to say and offer. If I have anything I have questions on or would like to trade in I will definitely be bringing my items back to Tony. Very helpful reasonable I left a very happy customer!”

“Great prices on their items, have great discounts on things. A lot to choose from for your crafty minds. They just started using self checkout so there is no more cashier's. By doing self checkout it makes it better for employees to help you with your questions.”

“One of the workers, Olivia was her name, she was super nice and helped me with prices of Christmas stuff, she 100% deserves a raise, as soon as asked her for help she seemed so friendly and sweet, and is probably one of the best workers I’ve ever encountered.”
