Customer Service not the best. Wouldn't let me deposit a check endorsed to me by my wife who also has an account there. Wouldn't let me then deposit the check in my wife's account. Said she had to come in person. Asked if I could leave check there , my wife would be there in 15 minutes. Nope. Definitely will not go the extra mile for the customer.

People at this branch go the extra mile to take care of customers' needs.We've been with this branch for over two years and have nothing but praise for every person we met, whether in person or by phone. I'm glad we bank with them and that they service our home mortgage.

We are very pleased with the personal service of the Bonney Lake Key Bank personnel. We (my husband mostly) has banked here for YEARS. We recently needed assistance going back to 2017 and Jeletta (not sure of name spelling) was amazing - beyond the call!!!! We thank ALL at Key for their customer service!!! We've never had a poor experience.

The customer service we received at this bank is horrible!! We received an offer in the mail for a $400 bonus if we open a new checking account and meet their deposit requirements, so we went in on Saturday, February 23rd around 12:30 pm. Once I got there I realized I had forgotten the offer letter but it looked pretty generic so I figured someone could look it up for us. There were two personal bankers with cubicles, desks and computers, in addition to the three tellers working that day, so I figured it would be easy enough. There was quite the wait even just simply for me to ask if someone could look this up for us. Finally a teller called the personal banker (a woman with long dark brown hair) on the phone, I could see her answer the call, she didn't even look up at me sitting there waiting she just kept plugging away at her computer and the teller came over on her behalf and said "I'm sorry I've just been informed that we can't do anything without your offer code and there is no way for us to look it up." So we raced home and grabbed the letter and code and sat down for yet another lengthy wait, only to be told right before closing time that the computers are down and could we come back another time. Then lo and behold - we go onto the Keybank website and find our EXACT offer code directly on the welcome page of their website. I knew it was a generic code! This lady was simply unwilling to help us or explain that the computers were down the first time so she sent us an on a wild goose chase to get this stupid code, probably not thinking we'd make it back before the bank closed at 1:30 that day. I was so irritated she wasn't just honest about the computers not working or about being able to find the code for us. Horrible customer service and we would never bank with this place if that's how they treat prospective customers right off the bat, imagine how poorly they must treat them after they actually have your money.

The manager is awful, she does not handle client concerns and is for the bank not her customers. She would not handle my banking situation and referred me to call a higher up in which I just had to leave a message. They need a new manager, the moral is down with the employees. I have been with key for many years and am sad to say I'm taking my money and leaving for a better experience.
