Nice clean store. One of the smaller Kohl's I've been to. The make up section takes up a huge portion making the store seem smaller. I enjoy the normally unused parking right in front.

I live in Austin, TX, but I make a point of visiting the Bonney Lake WA Kohl’s Sephora when I’m in town. My boyfriend’s daughter and I made it out of there with a major haul today, all thanks to the great customer service and refreshingly calm shopping atmosphere. For once, it doesn’t feel like you’re caught in the Running of the Bulls just get a fresh Lancôme mascara. I will certainly return.

The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. It is a clean and well organized store. I also like that I can return Amazon packages there.

Great stuff here, staff is super friendly and fast and I'm glad they have an Amazon return in-store that gives you coupons when you return items. Gives me a reason to shop around when I would otherwise not stop in. Smart move Kohl's. Smart move...

The store in Bonney Lake was clean and well organized. The cashier Wendy at the checkout was very nice, she explained all promotions and offered to issue a credit card to get more discounts. I was satisfied and will recommend this store.
