Quiet office. Friendly staff. Got my blood drawn with one poke. I had a 10:30 am appointment that I made online. So that may have helped not put me in a line. Express checkin also worked great.

Normally in and fast. However my last draw was 10 days ago. Nothing in the patient portal and provider hasn't received anything. I called twice and left detailed messages requesting a call back. I contacted Corp. No response, no help. The phlebotomists are really nice, but I also heard one of them telling a patient that they do not answer the phone if it rings. Go somewhere else.

New location is sketch, nurse was great. Test results are taking way too long, can’t get ahold of a person.

Disgusting place. Almost impossible to get checked out because of how small place is and how many people are packed into it. Also all kinds of sort of people included those that are cold sick in that confined space everybody will get sick what a disgusting approach.

A grotesque example of everything wrong with the healthcare system. The only employee I saw was a lovely young woman doing her best to take care of the far too many people in far too small a waiting room. A kind, polite person that wants to help being exploited by a just for profit lab company is reminiscent of all things American health care. Perhaps the most egregious part of it all is that this new location is smaller than the already way too busy one that had just up the hill in the real medical pavilion. A move they made while *checks notes* DOUBLING THEIR PROFITS THIS YEAR. Labcorp your employees and your customers both deserve better than you.

Yuck. They’re in a new location. The new location is in a smelly old building and the office is smelly too. They’re covering up the musty smell with air fresheners so strong you can taste it. The blood draw supplies are in plastic bins on the floor, the paper towels in the room by the sink are loosely thrown around the plastic bin. I had to leave my urine sample by the receptionist close to the floor among a mess of things sitting out on a piece of wood behind more plastic bins. It feels like I left the country. There are 5 chairs in the waiting area. The previous locations was nice and clean and the employees were really nice. Not at this one. I will go to a different location next time.

Kris is hands down the BEST nurse at Labcorp! I’m someone whose veins are notoriously difficult — most doctors and nurses struggle to take my blood. But Kris? She gets it right every single time. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also professional, compassionate, and makes the whole process so much easier.
I always ask for her when I come in, and today proved why. After two failed attempts from others, the administration actually called Kris to come in earlier than her scheduled shift because they knew her expertise was needed. That’s the level of professionalism and dedication she brings every single time.
Labcorp is lucky to have her, and I can’t recommend Kris enough!

This place is ridiculously understaffed - basically non-existent customer service. There was only one person working for most of our visit (2nd employee entered about 20 minutes in and disappeared into the back for 15 minutes), with about half a dozen people standing and waiting in the lobby area. Our appointment was at 2:30 and no one even spoke to us until I initiated conversation to let them know that we still had not even been checked in. This was at 2:55 - more than 30 minutes after we had arrived. To top it all off, there is a disgusting smell that permeates the entire building. I don't think the ventilation in the bathroom works properly (1st floor was even worse than the 2nd floor).

So disappointed with labcorp and will not be using them anymore. I’ve been to the Bonney lake labcorp 3 times this month. The first time they couldn’t get my vein and had to have someone else come in to try and I waited over an hour to be seen because they were pulling one person back every 15 minutes. The second time my results never posted into my portal. I had to reach out via chat to have them emailed to me. And to this day they have not been loaded into my portal. The third time I have a stat blood results that have a 3-4 hour turn around. Got blood drawn at 10am and still have not received results at close to 5:30pm. Can’t get in touch with anyone to help for a local branch or any toll free numbers.

Scheduled off peak hours and still had to wait close to 45 mins after check in time, for a scheduled appointment. Phlebotomist did a great job though and even had remedies to calm my anxious son. She drew the blood in 1 attempt, from a not so commonly used location on his hand!! Not sure why there was such a delay, unless they are over booking to cover for cancellations.

Why does it stink so badly!? Had an appointment and I’m still waiting in this tiny room.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Why did they downsize to a smaller office, there's only 6 chairs available

If you are going to change locations, please don't let us schedule appointments at your old office if you won't be there, and no one has the new address you are located at. I wasted almost two hours going location to location based on descriptions alone because no one knew where the Bonney Lake location was anymore. I even tried to call, but the automated message said it was closed today so no one picked up, which was unfortunate since they let me schedule an appointment today. Just a waste of time :(

It’s really unfortunate that the Enumclaw location shut down — it was convenient, well-run, and always efficient. In comparison, the Bonney Lake location falls short in several key areas.
The location itself isn’t ideal, and the waiting area is very small — only five seats total, which makes it uncomfortable during busy times. The check-in process is also frustrating. After using the express check-in and confirming all my info ahead of time, I still had to check in again at the front desk. That kind of defeats the purpose of having an express option in the first place.
The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and somewhat disorganized, even mentioning how busy they were the day prior. I had an 8:30 AM appointment, arrived early at 8:05 AM, and still wasn’t called back until about 8:40 AM.
That said, the phlebotomist was efficient and the blood draw itself was quick and painless. I just hope this location gets better support and staffing soon — the potential is there, but the current experience could use improvement.
