I went in this morning for a blood draw. I had two people in front of me, but was in and out in 10 minutes. I was a little nervous about going here based on previous reviews, and I'm glad I chose to ignore them and give the place a chance.

I’ve been coming here since they open and sometimes you just have to be patient to get good service! I’ve had blood clots in the past and we didn’t have a clinic up here in Bonney Lake to do that at Except for quest at the time. Very thankful to have options and that it’s not as busy as the hospital!

Long long long wait. Did I mention the long wait? People asked about a better time and staff replied its always like this. Come on Multicare, staff and patients don't deserve this. If the extremely long wait was an anomaly, I can understand, but always means you need more staff.
