My husband and I have both had multiple services done at Midas of Bonney Lake over the last few years and have had great service each time. They are always friendly yet professional. Knowledgeable, but willing to explain. An overall pleasant experience.

I was referred to this shop by another mechanic, Jeremy Olsen helped me out and he was able to solve my problem that other mechanics haven’t been able to figure out for MONTHS. I was misdiagnosed many times at other shops and nothing seemed to work but after a visit here my whole world came back to light! Amazing team amazing service, thank you!!

This place goes above and beyond for their customers. I had no idea how to go about getting my car fixed through my max care plan and Jeremy took care of everything, hands down best shop I've ever had to deal with!

Staff member I worked with was friendly and informative about what was going on with my vehicle and the pricing and went above and beyond to offer additional recommendations. It was also really refreshing that he did not try to upsell me or offer services my truck did not need, and seemed genuinely interested in offering cost savings options. Location is nice and is near lots of shops and restaurants and is easy to get to. Would definitely come here again!

I had a great experience at Midas in Bonney Lake. Their customer service is excellent. I took my KIA soul in for a new battery and replacement headlights. The manager Chris was polite, friendly and professional. Brandt was the technician who serviced my car. He did a great job and then showed me a couple of things about the car that I hadn’t noticed. He also, was polite and professional. Chris informed me about an open recall out on my car that KIA hadn’t notified me about. He even took the initiative to call the KIA dealer to see if my VIN was affected. (It was)He advised me on what I should do.I truly appreciate this kind of service and I highly recommend Midas in Bonney Lake.

Taking my 2 month old to his doctor appointment, my suv began to overheat. I took my suv to Midas and was greeted by Chris. Chris was very pleasant and accommodating. My three year old was provided snacks and toys to occupy him while my vehicle was looked at. The whole team worked hard to make sure my suv was fixed the same day so I could drive home with my kids. Very honest and kind service experience.

I got an appointment for an oil change. Was greeted by Chris when I walked in the door, paperwork was completed quickly and so was the oil change. I also asked about a tire rotation. The mechanic checked all 4 tires including measuring tread, he suggested I wait till next oil change to do it. Appreciated the honesty he could have definitely just done it and taken my money. He told me about a couple maintenance issues to be aware of, Without any pressure to do them. This was my first time in and I will definitely be coming back . Thanks guys for great service!
