Went for a builder gel fill. Said more than five times what I was there for. They put me in a chair to wait which was fine. Then had me sit at the station for another 5 or so minutes before someone came to talk to me. She kept trying to do acrylic, and I kept explaining I wanted Builder gel. I insisted that it was gel, and the technician kept telling me it was acrylic. I know what I have been getting for the last year, it is gel. Then she started to proceed and I thought we were on target for a gel fill. A few minutes later she starts to apply polish and I asked what is she doing? I need a gel pill. And we have the argument again. Then she tells me to move to another seat and wait. She grabs my stuff and moves it to another location and starts to help another client. At that point I had no idea what is going on, and I just left. This was my worst experience at a nail salon in many years. I am not usually one to complain, nor am I one to leave after someone has started without paying, but this was the worst experience

Took my 3 year old grandbaby for a pedi and medi while I got my nails filled. They treat her so kind and pampered her to the tee!! Thanks ladies!!

Made an appointment online for my daughter and I. When we arrived, they acted surprised to see us and when asked if we had an appointment; said yes and told them the time slot selected. A mani/pedi for me and a child's pedi for her. We were asked which pedi option, and we chose the most basic shown. Was told it would be $40 for me, and then I was charged $55 for me AND $55 for my child.
This was the 2-3rd time getting a fill for me, and I still left with my nails crooked. I've tried taking pictures, but they don't seem to be truly.showing the issue. But in person, my husband could tell my thumbs and index fingers that nails are crooked. Lastly, the nails end up being very sharp, and I've even cut myself with them on accident.
At the last appointment just one week ago today, I tried to point out the length difference during the trim and was told it would be fixed by the time she was done.
I really wanted to stick with this salon but I've been to them 4 times total now and have yet to leave without any issues with the services performed.

Le Le did an excellent interview pedicure. The massage was heavenly. She also removed two ingrown toenails. I will go back frequently!

Jenny did my mani and Le Le did my pedi at the same time. They both did a phenomenal job! I will be back in 3-4 weeks to see these “Pretty Ladies”!

I came in today for a pedicure without gel and got a face wax and I was overcharged and she couldn’t explain why the girl that did my pedicure did a great job the girl that did my wax her hands smelt. She did not do anything hygienically correct I highly doubt she even has a license. Was charged $100 unbelievable

Horrible!!!! My grand daughter went to get a manicure.. she came home crying, in pain , with a bloody, half ripped off finger nail! The girl ripped her nail half off, in the quick, telling the girl to stop, which she did not stop, push her finger down in the acetone!! Will not ever be back nor anyone that ask me how it was!!! Horrible!!!! And abusive!!

Pretty Nails has recently changed ownership, so some of my feedback may be more transition related. I really used to enjoy this salon and level of service. I was quite disappointed this time. They use a sign in system and ask you to specify named services (such as "ice dancer pedicure" ) without any descriptions or price list. I do think these may have been the old service titles. When I asked what the service I guessed at included, I was just told I had made a "good" selection. I waited about a half hour after my scheduled appointment with my feet in uncomfortably cool water (before I got someone's attention to fix it). My "premium" pedicure with classic nail polish was very basic with no extra services. I only asked for a pedicure, but they started working on my nails without asking. To be polite, I did agree to filing and clear nail polish. I was billed $70. The value and quality just weren't there as they had been in the past.
