First let me say buy a ton of stuff here. One reason we do is because if their return policy since we have a second home in a remote area of E Washington. I had my wife return a couple items for me last week because she was going there and I was at work. Nothing big. The total was about $30. She got an in store credit which was ok because we shop here all the time. This weekend I went to buy $100 worth of stuff and was told I couldn't use it because it's in her name. WTF. Horrible customer service. Time to drive past this crappy store and go to Lowe's.

SCAM ALERT Whatever you do Do not get a Home depot card thru Fortiva. Over a month ago they charged my husbands card for the same item 9 times in a three minute period. Totalling over 2500.00. We have spent Hours on the phone at home and actually in the store and are still getting the run around.We were told it would be resolved by the 23rd at the latest. Still getting no actual help.. Unless you enjoy being put on hold repeatedly for 30-40 minutes ,steer clear. We are now at the point of getting a Lawyer. Nothing else seems to help. Please share so no-one else has to go thru this.

Meh. The great news is that they have lots of paint options available, and other hardware materials. And a great garden section filled with succulents and plants. However, the staff here most times I go here don't have much knowledge on what we are trying to look for, and I think that's important for a store such as this to have knowledgeable staff. From specific screws, to types of wood. Cmon guys!

We purchased appliances in May 2021. Delivery was scheduled for August 21st due to transportation issues. A couple days before the delivery date, I got an email noting a four hour delivery window. On the 21st as the delivery window was expiring, I got a call that the driver had a family emergency the day before and they would need to reschedule delivery - another week out. The message didn't come the day before when they knew the driver would be out or in the morning of the day of delivery. Not until 4 hours of weekend time was wasted waiting for delivery. I asked if the following days would be rescheduled to get today's back on track. Nope, back to next available.

I don't usually go to this Home Depot, but I made the commute to purchase a portable air conditioner because their website stated that they still had limited stock available at this location. I arrived and asked an employee where their AC's were located, he seemed annoyed and pointed me to the direction where they were at - only to find out that their stock of AC's were all sold out. I hope they improve their inventory system on their website. Such a waste of time and gas.

Never had a bad experience here, staff have always been very helpful and pointing me in the right directions of new sales that I'm looking for that are on the end caps. Military discount is applied to most items, but not everything in store. I don't understand why numerous companies hand pick which items will get a Military discount and others will not, but it's not the end of the world. Have found the dedicated parking for veterans a BEAUTIFUL thing, as sometimes the place is packed and it saves me from having to walk extremely far to where I'm trying to shop in. I recommend this location as a place to shop, as you will always get/find what you need extremely quickly.

Old lady cashier, unhelpful. I was in return/exchange line, trying to get her to atleast glance at me for a little, But nothing. Didnt even look up to acknowledge me. So I asked her if I should go to the other side instead. "Yes! Go over there im gonna take a while here" still no eye contact. So I moved, but another employee was also not paying attention to me, I waited, while in line an employee came up to me (possibly a manager) and asked if someone's already helped me. I said no and told him I was told to move here. He told the old lady to help me because I have been waiting. Her face went sour like she was pissed. She said "Come on over here!" I was still being polite because its not in my nature to talk back to elderly. She was being rude while doing the whole exchange transaction. I even said sorry and thank you after. But she never responded. Find a different job that suits you. Obviously customer service aint it.

Truly the worst customer service I have every experienced. Rude and unhelpful employees. Tried three different times to place an order with no luck. No one seems to know what they are doing or cares to help. left and went to Lowe's. Will never shop here again. Can't believe how bad this place is to its customers. Shop at Lowe's way better customer service.

The worst Home Depot of any Ive had the misfortune of shopping at. At this location like I would assume at most locations they have an enormous saw that will rip down a piece of plywood to your desired specifications. Apparently the absolute minimum safety the Home Depot saw operator needs is 12 inches. Need a 4x8 piece of plywood ripped down to a 43"by 8'? Tough luck there. I believe I've had one pleasant shopping experience here, since then it's been punctuated by incident after incident stemming from rude or poorly informed employees, for example the overweight elderly man wearing all kinds of badges on his heavily stressed suspenders belittling my wife simply because she had the audacity to interrupt his menial task as a woman. If it isn't obvious I've been sitting on this review for a while.

Alec the manager is Awesome, extremely patient, I went Lowes Thinking that's where I purchased some stuff I needed to return but really it was Home Depot . I got there at 8:55 pm by the time I loaded my stuff in the car and got to the door they were closed. I explained the situation to Alex that I can return the stuff later. I told them I really just needed one for the window wands to open and close blinds and as I was loading everything back into my car he came and gave me one. We need more people like him in this world thank you so much

I went to the paint section today. There were two people working there at the time and it was not too busy. The lady was nice and tried to help a little but the man was quite short and rude to me but super helpful to another lady right after me. I politely asked for paint samples and it was like asking him to donate a kidney. They didn't even have a sample for pure white and white- I'm assuming two popular colors? I was clearly trying to figure out how I can get a color to match my wall (I brought a sample that was admittedly very small but they didn't even try to help). I recommend trying Federal way or puyallup for better customer service.

I came here for some supplies to paint my cabinets. I had no idea where to start and I asked Matthew in the paint department for help. He went above and beyond to help me- from primers to brush types, even gave an explanation as to why a certain product would work best on my type of cabinet. He was SO helpful. He did this all the while helping several other customers. I am so thankful he was there to help!
