Difficult to make morning appointments when fasting is required. I had an appointment but missed it due to a traffic accident that held us up for an hour. I was canceled, of course, but couldn't do a walk in, it made me reschedule. My reschedule was 1.5 hrs, so I waited hoping for something sooner. This site should have 2 phlobotomists at all times. It's very busy.

I have been to this location more than once and each time it is an awful experience. Jenny is more concerned about what time she goes to lunch than trying to help anybody. I have witnessed several people storming out in anger and frustration at her. There is never anybody at the front to help you. If they do decide to talk to you, it will be from behind the walls as they yell forward to you. Literally the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. If you have the option to go anywhere else, I definitely would.

Scheduling & efficiency at appointment was great! Friendly staff and I was in and out in no time! I would recommend using Quest Diagnostics in Bonney Lake for blood draws!!

The woman who worked there treated me so well! I was her last appointment and she was all alone. I told her I pass out sometimes so she got a table/bed thing ready for me, put an ice pack under my head. She was so sweet and didn’t rush me even though I’m sure she was ready to go home. She was quick and I didn’t feel a thing!

Jenny is awesome! She's the best phlebotomist I've ever experienced, and I come away pain free!
She even remembers details we chatted about from previous visits. Would choose her over anyone who has ever taken blood from me (and I have veins that are small and like to hide!)

I loved my technician. You could hardly tell she took my blood. No pain, no problem! Easy in and out and the office was very clean.

Terrible experience. No one handling the waiting room. Phlebomist was very rude. Their system broke and they couldn't even fulfill the order. My doctor tried calling to help fix their issue. Couldnt get an answer or even leave a voicemail. After fasting 18 hours, I now have to completely redo everything. Never going back here.
