Made an appointment yesterday, after I was told a $300 test was only $70, if I purchased it on their website, vs paying the insurance companies cost.I got there a few mins early. Checked in on the kiosk. Was taken back on time.Oddly enough, with Healthcare being so short staffed I had the same tech from my appointment at the canyon rd site lolAgain, barely felt the draw, even when my vein decided to go missing for a second.So happy they told me about this option and to not to be shelling out $300!

I had an appointment at 1:40pm and the lady got to me around 2pm and asked why I was there. I just needed to give a urine specimen for UTI and 7 hours later they still haven't given the results to my doctor so I could get antibiotics!!!!!

One person working and didn’t even acknowledge the 6 people in the waiting room. I stood there for 15 min and walked out . He was muttering to himself and completely oblivious

I went in today for a blood draw and had an easy and comfortable experience. I have a huge fear of needles, especially blood draws! It's to the point where I will avoid any needle I can even if I shouldn't. I explained to the lady ahead of time that I am very bad with needles and that my autism doesn't allow me to tolerate the sensations well. She helped me by giving me me use a buzzing bug toy to distract me from the feeling of the needle. During the draw, she helped distract me by asking me different questions about my pets and other interests. All of this made the test bearable and I would come here again.

The one guy on staff was friendly. He was able to draw blood with no problem and very little pain. Although his finger nails were very dirty, but he wore gloves, so that helped. I would have liked to see him wipe down the chair where my was as well. I scheduled my appointment at 9, but wasn't seen until 9:20. Granted it was one guy there... The thing that had me worried was the can of Raid at the front desk (see photo). Gross! I doubt I'll use this location again.

Very unorganized and the staff is not helpful or even appear to care...about anything! But they do say SORRY< SORRY. I am unimpressed with Quest as a company!The techs have problems drawing blood every time??? That is their job...I thought?

Would be nice to know they don’t allow walk ins. The lady at the front desk let me do the whole check in process. Then after sitting down for a few minutes told me she couldn’t see me today. Why let me check in?There was an option to be on the waitlist. I chose that as I was the first one in building at 7:30. The chance that every person shows up to their appointment is pretty low in my opinion. Possible, but not very likely. Anyways customer service is non existent for the most part these days so I wasn’t too surprised.

I've gone here twice now. Once today and once about 6 months ago. Both times I made appointments and was in and out. Today I was out before my appointment even started. I had 2 different girls so my blood work and both were friendly. No problems what so ever!

I have been here many times and they used to be quick in and out. I showed up this time and they no longer do walk ins. I arrived at 8:30 with no one in the building except the tech and she tells me I'd have to make an appointment and wait 40 minutes. Unfortunately I do not have that kind of time to waste. Either attempt to make an appointment or go somewhere else.

I arrived around 7:40 am on my to work, needing a fasting blood draw. I was admonished for not drinking enough water before. She had no small butterflies and had to poke both arms. I have bruises on both arms.

The young woman doing the labs (with dark hair and glasses) was rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go there again! It's been 2 weeks and there are still no results posted!!!!!

Did lab work to test for C- Diff. Turned it in to be told by …. that the other gal gave me the wrong requested samples. She took the paperwork. My husband took the second samples in, where’s your paperwork, duh! Lost 2) weeks of work waiting for the results.

Terrible service.Had appointment scheduled. Went in to scan code so they would know I was there then I could go out and wait til texted.. Upon entering I was told to go out side and wait there was to many people in waiting room. I agreed and asked to scan so they would know I was there. I was told no we are not doing that go out. 10 minutes later nurse is in back room and more people come in regardless of numbers and they register and get in que first even though I had appointment when I went in kiosk is there and simple to scan code,but yet I was told no go outside.

I watched Courtney handled every situation with efficiency. I am not a relative and never met her and I don't how anyone could handle such a rapid paced office like she does. If I was in the corporate world I would steal her!
