Although this store did not have the product we were looking for, their employee, Elizabeth, was extremely helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable about what they carried and helped steer us in the right direction to find what we needed. I will definitely come back to this store.

I call to see if they were open for business in Labor Day . But was put on hold for 10 mins to ask a simple question that could of been added to their phone message system. Are you open Labor Day. Last week we went to the Puyallup store and was treated badly. Like they were too good for us. That they didn't need our business. DONE ! Will be switching brands of paint for ever. And I was a home builder for years . You have disappointed me for the last time. Your customer service is below par.

I posted the below review yesterday after visiting the SW store on 128 E in Puyallup and received an automated response to call the SW customer service number. I left a message and never heard back from them and now appeared to be blocked from submitting further reviews for that store. SW’s customer service has gone from bad to even worse. Take your business else where.Zero stars - my son and I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing after spending 30 minutes trying to color match a Sherwin Williams paint at a big box store. The man behind the counter stated he was unable to help us and to come back the next day which I explained I was unable to do as we were visiting from out of town and didn’t have a vehicle for the remainder of the week. When asked how long it would take to match the paint he said 10 or 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked if he could help us out - his response was NO. With this level of customer service I would recommend everyone follow our lead and take your business elsewhere

We have been buying paint from Sherwin-Williams for the last few years. Every time we go there, the staff is extremely helpful and they always clear anything we have problems with. I don’t know anything about the other Sherwin-Williams locations but the team here and the selection of paints is the best!

The assistant manager, Beth is exceptionally skilled at her job and her customer service is top notch! Very helpful with any questions or suggestions that she had. Definitely will be back for all our paint needs.

I went to Sherwin-Williams in Bonney Lake to purchase paint for an interior trim project. I told the salesman that I needed a gallon of "Emerald Urethane" paint because I was painting interior trim. The salesman acknowledged me and told me he would mix the paint up. I confirmed with the salesman again that I was purchasing "Emerald Urethane paint for trim?" And the salesman confirmed "yes." The paint was given to me in a brown box. I had a professional painter at home who was charging $750 to paint interior trim in a bedroom. We both assumed that I had been given Emerald urethane paint but unfortunately I had been given Emerald acrylic paint. My entire bedroom was masked off to spray paint the trim and took hours of prep time to prepare by my painter's paint crew. The painter loaded the paint in the sprayer and painted the trim with the acrylic paint that had been provided. My painter had also spoken to me about getting urethane paint earlier and wrote out "Emerald Urethane" on a card because I was painting interior trim. I assumed I was given the correct paint but to my surprise.. I was not! After spraying the trim, we noticed the paint was streaking and not leveling in some areas. We checked the paint can and sure enough it was the Emerald acrylic paint.. not the Emerald urethane I had requested. I spoke with the Sherwin-Williams manager about the problem and that I was out $750 in labor and would have to repaint the room for an additional cost. Although I never received an apology... the manager did state that he believed my story that the mistake was made by his employee. The manager said he would have to talk to upper management about the problem and see if he could credit my account in paint. I thanked the manager and he told me he would give me a call in 3 days- Monday 8/29. I called on Thursday 9/1 and left a message for Coleton to call me back and still have not received a call back. I am already seeing signs of cracking from the more brittle acrylic paint. I understand that mistakes happen.. but this is very disappointing response from Sherwin-William's management.

I had to go in a couple times to color match, get a sample can, and then get a final paint color/finish. All the employees were very helpful, knew their stuff, and were quick to greet & help customers.
