“I can’t say enough wonderful things about the outstanding customer service I received from the FedEx team. We had a last-minute need for a poster board for our family’s funeral service, and I arrived with no advance notice. Laura, Brenna, and Charlynn no immediately stepped in, processed my order, and created a beautiful poster board in such a short amount of time.
During an incredibly difficult time for our family, their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help meant more than they know. I am beyond grateful for their quick service, professionalism, and genuine care. These ladies are absolutely amazing at what they do, and they turned a stressful situation into one with one less thing to worry about.

“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”
“The building says Odyssey now. Reefers with swinging doors use Docks 50-53. The driver entrance is between 54 & 55. Turn right to the open space and look to your left for a door that says Driver Check In. Wear a safety vest. No parking nearby. The receiver arrived and opened the door at 0600 promptly. Seems to move fairly quickly. Brought the BOL out when he was done.”

pickup appointment (-10 reefer load ) was scheduled for 02/02/2026 at 10:00 AM. We booked the load as a late pickup. We checked in around 1:00 PM. late fee was paid and a dock was assigned immediately. Loading was completed at 2:45 PM. Despite our late arrival, everything was handled very quickly. Thank you to the team.”

“I rent a mailbox from this location due to my work / home schedule. For the last 18 months I have probably had 500 packages delivered in addition to all of my regular mail with zero issues.
Staff is smart and friendly. They even recognize me and will have already begun processing my package pickups when I walk in. Very nice people.
Literally the only downside is the parking lot that has become a war zone since a supermarket moved into the building next door. not much you can do about that :)”
“The best place to drop off. The bin door opens just wide enough for small packages, unlike most collection boxes. It beats going down the road to the actual post office's collection box which won't let you drop packages at all.”

“Delivered at Blue Line. Nice staff, professional and started unloading promptly. If you get doors 1- 3 you will need to blindside alley dock, not a issue if you know what your doing.. Not that much space but a lot better than Bay Area in Cali.”
“I'm really happy with the transport service I received from Haulcars (transport was from Seattle to the Bay Area). Was able to get my vehicle picked up quickly (within 2 days) and delivered in 5 days. This quick turn around was much needed in my situation. Price was completely reasonable and response was quick via Yelp's messaging. Would use again for sure.”

“Quick and friendly service. Small little postal shop. It looked like they offer UPS Fed-Ex, US postal, and others. They had everything you'd need to do basic shipping; a variety of boxs, envelopes, and stationary. They also had a corner full of really cool Hawaiian items.
The parking lot isn't the greatest but if your looking for someplace for your mail business needs, that's fast and not overly crowded, this could be your spot!”

“I had such a great experience with this UPS Store! I called at exactly 4:30 PM to see if the last pickup had already happened, and Wyatt, the owner, let me know they were picking up right then. The pickup driver (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name) was incredibly kind and willing to wait a few extra minutes for me so I could make the cutoff.
That kind of customer service really stands out! Wyatt and his team consistently go above and beyond and truly put their customers first. It’s clear they care about providing great service, and it absolutely shows. Highly recommend this UPS Store and the amazing team there!”
“Was pleasantly surprised with the customer service at this location. Was unable to login properly to print a shipping label, so the associates let me send a label to the store email and print for free. The location seemed a tiny bit slow, but it being due to reps taking the time to help out people who have no idea what they’re doing (which I never mind). It is a nice change of pace having employees do an excellent job and willing to help the general public.”
“It is a pleasure to go here when the manager, Jeanette is there. She is a hard worker, willing to print / copy old drawings, friendly, courteous. Other Fed Ex stores are not as willing to help. Definitely recommend this store over others. I would give 5 stars, but there are only 2 people working here. With only 2 people working, if a few customers are in the store, u will have to wait. But if u want things done, worth the wait with Jeanette.”

“This UPS store inside Bonney Lake Safeway is always busy but they get you in and out. I have never waited more than a few minutes to do an Amazon return and it is super easy with the helpful staff.
