“Best FedEx location I’ve personally EVER dealt with. They are always super helpful. Today I had the pleasure of Laura helping me find a box that unfortunately they didn’t have to match my package. She went above and beyond and helped me by making a custom box from something they had in the back! 10 out of 10 experience and truly appreciated. This location is always great, today they were even greater.”
“Incredible customer service was given here even though this DHL location didn't have my package! The employee knew exactly which location had my package, provided that destination's street address to me, and offered detailed written instructions that worked perfectly for how to navigate the DHL 800 call center since the website had been failing! She came across as very knowledgeable about how the system works and she was extremely polite as well!
After endless internet frustrations and dead-end attempts with both the online vendor I had purchased from and DHL's online network as the tracking number showed my package had sat in a single DHL warehouse for over 20 days, this was my first time interacting with this Federal Way service point. The excellent in-person customer service at this location was who finally successfully guided me to be able to finally be handed my package in only about half an hour after ending our conversation! I'm relieved to finally have the product I had ordered off the internet 30 days ago! Thank you for expertly sharing the knowledge needed for me to resolve the shipping situation!”
“We used this location to print out the ms paint user interface to make this viral mirror! The first one we printed we accidentally ended up ripping while trying to cut out the area for the mirror, and even though it was no fault of the business, the manager offered us a discount when we came back to print it out again. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Jakobi who worked with us the most! He went above and beyond with his customer service.”

“The building says Odyssey now. Reefers with swinging doors use Docks 50-53. The driver entrance is between 54 & 55. Turn right to the open space and look to your left for a door that says Driver Check In. Wear a safety vest. No parking nearby. The receiver arrived and opened the door at 0600 promptly. Seems to move fairly quickly. Brought the BOL out when he was done.”

“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”
“Picked up a load here and had a smooth experience overall. GPS brought me straight to the location with no issues. After entry, I backed up and parked along the fence, then went to check in with my license and DOT number.
My appointment was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived early and checked in at 12:30 PM. They gave me a door with instructions not to open it. If you’re picking up a frozen load, make sure to pre-cool your reefer to -10°F, or you’ll have to wait until it reaches the desired temp. Someone will check your trailer temperature and then direct you to back into the door.
Once in position, you’re required to disconnect your trailer’s air line so they can place a lock on it. Loading started at 1:30 PM, and I was out by 2:30 PM—so they were pretty quick.
Not sure if overnight parking is allowed on-site, but I did see a few trucks parked on the street nearby.”

“I rent a mailbox from this location due to my work / home schedule. For the last 18 months I have probably had 500 packages delivered in addition to all of my regular mail with zero issues.
Staff is smart and friendly. They even recognize me and will have already begun processing my package pickups when I walk in. Very nice people.
Literally the only downside is the parking lot that has become a war zone since a supermarket moved into the building next door. not much you can do about that :)”

“Quick and friendly service. Small little postal shop. It looked like they offer UPS Fed-Ex, US postal, and others. They had everything you'd need to do basic shipping; a variety of boxs, envelopes, and stationary. They also had a corner full of really cool Hawaiian items.
The parking lot isn't the greatest but if your looking for someplace for your mail business needs, that's fast and not overly crowded, this could be your spot!”

“Both ladies (Jeanette and Tina i believe, i may have misheard over the phone) were helpful as my local FedEx laminator was down. I understood online said the expectation for posters was next day, but the team helped me with my questions and exceeded expectation by having the poster ready within a few hours. “For people looking at the current review score of 3.2, keep in mind this location has new ownership and the new owner, Wyatt, is absolutely fantastic.
I came in with a last-minute project that I needed for a very important business lunch and I was a bit scattered in what I needed. Wyatt was super helpful and making suggestions and also setting expectations with timeline. In my line at work I visit a lot of UPS locations and the service can be hit or miss. And so consequently, I don’t really have a go to location. Totally different in this case because of Wyatt. Every time I’m in this area I’ll go to this location because he knows what he’s doing, his staff clearly knows what they’re doing. He runs a tight ship.
So for folks who had a bad experience here maybe a few months ago, things are totally different. Go here, you’re going to have a good experience and you’ll be taken care of.

“I have nothing but positive things to say about this place, the staff are consistently helpful. I’ve been a resident of Federal Way for 12 years and not once have I had a bad experience here.
They always know exactly what to do. One tip I’d highly recommend is, whenever you’re shipping something, take the time to go to the front counter and get a receipt, it adds an extra layer of protection for you.”
