I had a great experience with this bank, usually banks now a days are so busy and loud but Capto bank is different, it’s quite, professional, and know who you are as soon as you walk in the door. I had to refinance my car and Danielle the branch manager was so nice, she helped me through out the process which made the whole process quick and easy. Thank you so much! ?

So this review is two part. Most importantly though the Community relations person Richard is an absolute rock star!First part is about the business itself. Pretty straight forward. I have a auto loan with them. My rate is much lower than the others at the time of getting quotes. Have had zero issues with them. Been overall an easy place to work with.Second part is the people behind this credit union. I used to think the days of local business reaching out into the community was a thing of the past and long gone. Richard though proved that so wrong. He heard our local 11s volleyball club PSVBA, were looking for some support in getting our kiddos to Nationals (which is another story all together, first year these girls have all played together. Such an accomplishment already) anyway... Richard stepped up the branch Manager at this location also stepped up. They not only offered up a great location for a car wash fundraiser, Richard involved other local business like Walmart which donated a ton of supplies. On top of this Richard and some of the branch employees like the branch Manager came out and cleaned cars with us! Truly this credit union has earned not just a customer but a big fan of Richard and Tapco as a whole for life!If I could this would be the one 6 star review I would give!

Absolutely blown away with top tier customer service every time I come into contact with TAPCO employees. This is a company that you can tell takes care of their workers because they radiate helpful and happy energy. The Bonney Lake and Tacoma branches are highly recommended.TAPCO's loan programs are a forced to be reckoned with. I first got in touch Donna Raposas, an A+++ employee, to get a HELOC on my home and found surprisingly low rates, the highest loan-to-value of any other bank I talked with and favorable terms. I have sent multiple referrals to TAPCO for this exact program. Their promotional automotive financing programs are exceptional as well.I fully plan to continue to develop my relationship with TAPCO and recommend all of my clients, family and friends for their applicable services and products. I barrage the employees with questions on a regular basis and they happily and willingly provide me with quality answers.Thank you, TAPCO.

I highly, highly recommend the Bonney Lake TAPCO Branch, the people and service are fantastic!.I recently moved to the area from California where I had been a a member of a different credit union for over 30 years. I knew I wanted to join a credit union up here and so I looked into the options around Bonney Lake. I went to a different CU in town and was very disappointed that the branch did not even have some basic services (like Tellers to assist in cash transactions).Luckily, my next stop was TAPCO. The Google 5-star rating is well deserved!!! It was such a pleasure dealing with the employees and setting up my accounts. They were extremely competent, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. It took less than 15 minutes to get an account, set up a savings/checking account, order a box of checks, and receive an ATM card. It was actually a fun experience. I’m looking forward to returning to the branch to set up another account with my husband.Definitely 5-STAR

I walked in to take advantage of the advertised "Legendary Auto Rates". I was immediately greeted by everyone in sight and helped out by Taylor J. to assist in refinancing my vehicle. Everything was finished within the day and I was successfully refinanced with TAPCO with little obstacles. Very satisfied with the service I received and I look forward to being a new TAPCO Member. Taylor Johnson at the Bonney Lake branch did a great job helping my husband and I with an auto loan! She was quick, efficient, and very helpful with answering all of our questions! We will be returning to her for future loan and banking assistance!

I highly recommend getting loans from the Tapco Credit Union in Bonney Lake. I took out a small loan and the whole process went real smooth and Taylor Johnson, the Assistant Branch Manager, even took the time to help us out and finish the paperwork. I was very impressed by her professionalism, patience, and understanding. I would give more stars if I could.
