Got a new upgrade and Caleb the sales associate was so patient! He me through the entire process. Upgrading a phone can be annoying but he made the process a total breeze. Also helped me update my plan and talked me through all the charges on my plan to make sure they were right for me. He was really great to work with.

Was having issues with my phone and the guys name was Austin that helped my mom and I for hours got no answers and kept getting hung up on but he remained calm, kind, and did everything he could to help us. He apologized over and over for not being able to get the issue fixed. We went to corporate and was able to resolve the issue, was such a headache but very appreciative for all this help and persistence.

We were getting a new phone today for my wife. We had issues at another Verizon store and decided to come to this store for assistance. Ashton was extremely helpful, got my wife setup with everything we needed. Couldn't ask for better or more friendly customer service.

Went in and Austin was there. We got my wife a new phone and he had us set up and moving with almost no down time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Austin is the reason we stick with Verizon.

Great, friendly people. Very informative and knowledgeable. The associate working with us was awesome! Very much a multi-tasker!! He had 2 Verizon Customer Service agents going on 2 different phones helping me and another customer all while helping a 3rd customer in the store. I'd say he went above and beyond!!

I needed a SIM card for my iPad 9th gen. I arrived 15 minutes before closing. The associate was working with a elderly couple choose the appropriate phone and accessories. The associate acknowledged me when I came in the store and assured me he would be help me. The associate was very kind and professional with the elderly couple. The elderly couple seemed very happy and satisfied with their purchases. The associate immediately asked how he could help. He was able to provide the SIM card and activation. It was 15 minutes past closing by the time I left the store. Great service and store was well stock with accessories. Thank you

Avoid this store. I was looking to upgrade one of the lines on my account, an SE to a 14 pro. Note that the day prior I tried it on verizon app so I would know what cost I will need to pay after trade in. The app mentioned I could get 350, but the lady said at this store mentioned “oh you only get 100 bucks for trade in” so I accessed the app and showed it to her that it should be 350. Then she said “let me see what I can do” then she said 220 is what I can give you. (Are we bidding here?!?) Then I asked why it’s showing this and she is seeing a different pricing, she said that is an online offer and it comes with a 5g plan and you have an older plan so you need to upgrade your plan. She added, though your other phone says 5g you really don’t have it. (I know what plan we have and I know we have 5g) So then, I asked how much it would cost to upgrade she said it will only cost you additional $5 monthly (which is another lie, I have a $45 plan per line and upgrading will make it $55 per line). So she said let’s upgrade your line, then I asked if I do so will I get the 350. She said no you can’t. So this was really odd to me and I left. I went to south hill mall verizon, I was there in and out for 15 minutes. Got the trade in for 350 without requiring to upgrade and I didn’t do online offer upgrade, everything was processed in the store. Piece of advice know what you have, don’t get sucked in with BS sales.
