Anthony and the management team are doing a great job with this club!
Front desk staff has really turned things around since his arrival.
Trainers are busy as can be, making the club thrive.
Cleaners are trying their hardest to keep up with the thousands of members coming in and out every week!
This is the biggest and nicest 24 Hour Fitness club in the area, despite little things here and there (nothings ever perfect) the club does deserve 5 stars, on top of that the member's themselves are very friendly if you ever get the chance to make some conversation.

I have been a member of this gym company since they arrived in Seattle. The Bothell location is unsafe and hygienically challenged. I will let the pictures do the talking as they depict the following:
machines without proper safety features, holes in the floor, hair, dust, dried sweat, bandaids, mold, abandoned car in the lot, overflowing trash, no soap in the dispensers… etc etc
I don’t think the basket ball court has ever been cleaned or re surfaced.
The machines are ancient and often broken or glitchy.
I didn’t have the heart to go into the spa/pool area to document that horror but I’m sure it exists.
They did spend, I’m assuming, lots of money to install super swank pavers in the parking lot. That was a mystery??
Oh, and no idea about the “pet drug” cap in the men’s locker. That was a surprise. Someone dosing up on de worming meds?
The front desk people are also really unwelcoming. That’s as nice as I can be about that.
I get that a company needs to make money but this place doesn’t even meet minimal standards.
If you decide to join this gym, don’t pay more than $15 a month and don’t ever go barefoot.

A large gym in a convenient location at a very reasonable price. It is often really busy.
The organized classes are outstanding, but packed and needing expansion.
The real issue: filth. I’ve been a member here for over a year and don’t think the place has been cleaned once in that time.
Always a few staff hanging around the front desk (with seemingly nothing to do), but none of them picks up a broom or mop.
No photos of the locker room, but it is what I would classify as disgusting. The machines are surrounded by hair and dust.

Nice private Gym between Bothell and Woodinville near I405 & Hwy 522 interchange with large free weight and weight machine area, basketball & volleyball gym, cycling & stairstepping aerobic area, fitness room for classes, three lane pool plus spa, and locker rooms with showers. Typical cost is about $360/year, but there are a variety of packages. Parking can be limited during busy hours (5 to 8 pm) during weekdays. NOT OPEN 24 HRS! Check their website for hours, which are shorter on the weekends.

This Gym is awesome. It's clean, staff is super-friendly, equipment is well-maintained / rarely-broken, and the members are mostly nice / respectful.
It'd have been a 5-Stars review only if it had stayed 24-hours :(
As a dad of 2 kids and a demanding job, late nights are the best option for me. I tried the Lynwood branch but it is filthy/disgusting (And that's putting it in a very polite way).
I (and I'm sure many others) would be super happy if I can exercise late nights (after 11:00PM) in a clean and safe place.

The staff are friendly and overall I do like the gym and some of the fellow gym goers!
However, there’s only certain windows of time that it isn’t crowded and machines are available…which is basically between 7am-9:30am. If you go after 9:30am, it’s a little more crowded but somewhat usable. If you go after 2pm, it’s basically unusable. Which leads to extreme frustration when you only have less than an hour to get your workout in or have work meetings at the less populated times
This is the only major gym in the area so of course everyone goes here so I honestly think they just need to add more of each machine
Fitness Compound is opening up down the street and although it’s more than double the price, I’m heavily considering switching. Or hopefully, them opening up lessens the crowding at 24hour

The facilty is supposed to be open at 5 a.m. but staff who opens the doors has been showing up later and later today July 12th the doors were opened at 5:45 a.m. The members who were expecting to be let in at 5 a.m. went away to get on with their day. It is too bad that the gyms management does not have enough brain cycles to implement a notification system to let management and staff know that the gym is not open to the paying members. It is also ludicrous to be named 24 hour fitness especially when the gym is unable to operate during their posted hours.

Probably the least helpful front desk staff of any gym I’ve ever been to. Maybe get off your phone and start actually trying to answer questions from customers.

Great gym, lousy hours. How do you not open until 8am on Saturdays?

What is it called 24 hours fitness and they close? In Texas I come and go when I want... what's the point of having that name then?

Had a great time lifting every weight in the place really easily. All the employees were clapping and cheering and smiling. It was awesome (you had to be there)

Good gym, great staff.
DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP;
Corporate doesn’t care about their members. Everyone at this gym complains about the already limited hours and you know what their solution was? Let’s shorten the hours even more! Lame move by corporate. Give your business to Golds in Woodinville, Woodinville sports club, LA fitness in Kirkland, or anywhere else because this company does not care about you outside your membership fees.
Would change this review to 5 stars if the gym was the hours advertised by their branding. This gym is borderline unusable Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm. There should be a class-action lawsuit due to a gym being called 24 hour fitness being open 12-17 hours. Shame on 24 hour fitness corporate.
