Edit: I just received an email that this location will be reducing their hours again. Friday will now close an hour early at 8pm, and on the weekend the gym will open 2 hours later at 8am. I will be looking for another gym once my membership is up.Edit: Generic responses don't solve problems. It's been 3 months since I posted this and nothing has changed. In fact, in addition, many of your cardio machines break down regularly, and staff does nothing. Sauna is always down for maintenance. Just look at what other people are saying to see what you need to fix. Management does nothing. Can you rehash your parking lot so that people stop taking 2 spaces each and parking in the fire lane!?

Great club, but unfortunately I am moving out of the area. The main reason for my review is ease of being able to cancel your member ship. Cancelling should be as easy as signing up and 24 hour fitness made it very simple on their app. I really appreciate doing business like this.

I went to this location once while in the area for work, and was pleasantly surprised by the layout. I love that the cardio machines are upstairs, and all of the weightlifting stuff is downstairs. I think it’s a really great way to utilize the layout.

I have been a customer of this facility for close to 3 years now and I had the premium membership. I happened to go to this gym yesterday during day time and I took my son with me as my buddy. We both signed up and I had to come out to get my gym bag from my car and these two gentlemen Craig and one other guy were at the reception. The moment I turned back to get my bag from the car, Craig said, " Where are you going ? " Literally, the same way I wrote. He said, people have been dropping their buddies to gym which I understand but did they learn decency and the way they should talk to their customers/members ? They could have asked in a polite way and I would have understood but it was a very unprofessional way of asking. I kept it easy and just told them that I am going to my car and then he again asked, are you going to come back in like 2 mins ? Seriously ? second time ? Are they stooping two low now ? Anyways, I went, got my gym bag, walked in and asked this other kid who was there that that was very unprofessional and he started arguing that, its my mistake that I did not tell them that I am going out and coming back. I never had to answer such questions in a gym, Very disappointed by the behavior of these two staff members. I have seen other staff members and they are nice and professional but selectively asking people these questions ? I wish I had not joined this club. I am extremely disappointed.

I like coming to the gym except for parking in the lot outside. The parking lot is not stripped, and even on week nights, everyone parks all over the place. They easily lose about 10 to 15 spaces just due to lack of markings. On Monday, someone parked in the middle of the road and blocked traffic. Hate to see what happens if the fire department were to show up.If I didn't like the gym so much, I would leave and go somewhere else. Parking situation is ridiculous

2-stars because I use to enjoy going to this gym buts it’s definitely not the same. They are taking advantage of the fact that they had to “close” to clean the gym and won’t honor the name of the gym. You can’t get a workout in around 5pm without having to bump into someone or wait for a machine to open up. The cleanliness of this gym is also very bad. You can see the dirt in the locker rooms and trash everywhere. Please bring this gym back to its full glory and stop taking advantage of the Covid rules. The automatic reply will tell me to go to another gym but this is the one in my area. I shouldn’t have to drive 20-30 minutes to use a gym at night. Some of us don’t work the same schedules as others.

Apparently this location does not do a trial pass while their website advertises it.

Breanna is a great personal trainer, she always pays attention to your needs and creates a balanced workout plan. She also always encourages you to step outside your comfort zone and try new exercises, but without pushing you too much. I really recommend her!

Got a 3 day pass, got to the gym at 9:50pm on a weekday and was told they close in 10 minutes, at 10pm. If you're not open past 10pm then perhaps you shouldn't be called "24 Hour Fitness". Covid has been officially over for years now, so if you can't be open 24 hours then change your name. Even LA Fitness is open till 11pm

Do you want stress-free workout experience? Come during weekdays, take the day off work and come between 10:30am and 3pm. Otherwise good luck finding parking spot.

Gym is decent, but hours are very disappointing. I get that other locations are open 24 hours, but I don't see any reason why the Bothell one shouldn't be. COVID has been over a while now. Calling it 24 hours with only some locations offering 24 hours is misleading marketing. If a "select number" offer it, call those ones 24 and call these ones something else.Seems like a money grab to take advantage of people paying the same membership prices but not hiring enough staff for reasonable hours. Even 24 hours aside, closing at 8 on weekends is a little ridiculous for a gym like this

Not 24 hours.

Doing full court pick up ball, instead of half court, during the busiest time of the day (5-10pm), is ridiculous. It takes away 3 hoops for others to practice on, when it’s the busiest time of the day….You should allow full court pick up ball middle of the day, not during peak hours when there’s 20-30 people sitting on the sides trying to get shots in.

I just checked out the place at 11am today 12/4/2023. I used 3 day pass to try out this new gym out. Went to the only guy at the counter when he was talking to a gym member. When he looked at me (no greeting to me at all), I have to start the conversation first and told me that I’m using 3 days pass. He asked me if I had ever been in 24 hrs fitness and I said yes but more than 7 years ago. His face changed to be grumpy and said that I can’t use the free pass. He tried to look my membership up. I said that I was under different last name. He seems to act that it’s shady so I had to explain to him that I got married and changed my last name. He’s nice enough to said congratulations but after he found my discontinued membership about 9 years ago and said that I can’t have the 3 days pass but I can use the gym for the day. I told him that I’m trying out this gym to see if it’s a good fit for me because I want to get the membership. He said his manager is not here at the moment and I have to wait for the manager to be available. His facial expression showed that I’m such an inconvenience. He went back to look at his computer and I guess I just have to go.Based on my encounter, I feel like this gym doesn’t want to have a new member. I don’t know if this is a personality issue or the gym’s culture, but as a first time visitor, I don’t feel welcome at all. No smile, no tour, and I looked like an inconvenience. It’s good that he gave me a pass today but i don’t feel like I want to be in this gym if this is the attitude he gave me. I was about to walk back out but I decided got into the treadmill to write this review. What is wrong with a returning member? Because I had a previous years of membership and ended it 9 years ago, I am banned for life to try this gym out? I don’t even know that this gym existed last year. Now that I found it on google maps, I want to check it out and see if it’s a good fit. And why making it harder for me to get a membership by asking about my maiden name? I have a new name and why don’t you leave it at that? Don’t you want people to join your gym? He’s just making it harder and by looking it up. This action made me feel unwelcome nor making me wanting to join this gym.I don’t want to use the 3 days pass because I’m trying to get a free workout from this gym. I have an active gym membership at another gym. I just want to check this gym out because it is more convenient from my current location, it fits my schedule, and truly wanting to get a membership.I’ve never encounter a not welcoming staff at 24 hour fitness for the past 4 years of my membership I had in 4 different 24 hours fitness locations I went before. It’s too bad that this is the impression he gave me. I’m hoping that this bad encounter only happens today and hoping that this is not the culture of this gym.One more thing. Based on what I see online, I think it would be nice if the group exercises has more variety of morning classes than Body pump almost every single day.

I have been a member here for almost a year and for that duration I have been working with personal Trainer Brianna .She is the main reason that I have been consistent with my training for almost 12 months now. She is great to work with and I would highly recommend her as a trainer .She worked with me to understand my goals and then came up with a training and a nutrition plan. And more importantly she holds me accountable for my goals. She regularly varies the workouts to keep me motivated and makes sure I understand how our sessions line up with my goals. She is very knowledgeable in all things related to physical training and takes time to help me with stretching techniques to help with any aches or pains i may have from time to time .
