It’s an embarrassment to our community when a national chain doesn’t allow customers to use the restroom. After filling gas, I brought my 2 year old in to use the restroom and was turned away. It’s a disgusting practice to not allow customers to use the restroom, especially when gas stations have historically served as rest stops.

Yes some of the most rudest employees I have ever come across ever their customer service skills are despicable why were these employees be making up laws and rules that don't even apply is 7-Eleven their own sovereign Nation what is going on with that. Then broke some major federal laws by refusing my service animal to be with me

This place has the rudest employees. My adult son asked for a bag and the employee became upset throw the stuff in the bag and then threw it on the counter. Then my son goes back to pick something up for me and he refused to do anything And just stood there staring at him.

7-Eleven is not maintaining nor taking responsibility for their tire air pump machine. I did not see any posting on the machine that it was out of order, so I inserted my card, it took my money but the air hose was cut and therfore unusable. Reported to store attendant and he said it was not their responsibility. This is not the first time this has occurred to me at this location. They have lost my business and I live less than one mile away.

Prices are all over the place! Don’t believe this store follows 7 eleven guidelines.
Went in to buy ice - they advertised 7lb bag as 3.39$ and 10lb as 3.99$
When I went to get 2 bags billed they charged 3.99$
Confronted them why they misled customers, they responded that was old pricing and took down the poster with those prices.
Told them it’s not a matter of a few dollars but not being honest with customers and potentially draining them.
Look for another 7-eleven

Drove all the way over here (10 miles) based on thee fact that their gas prices were 5.30 for 87 and 5.50 for 89 but when I arrived I clearly see the sign says that gas is just under 20 cents more expensive than it says it's supposed to be. Do not go to this location it's not worth the effort or money.

Guy running the counter accused me of having a fake ID (it's not, I'm in my mid 20's) and threatened to call the cops when I tried to purchase a Powerball ticket. I've spent over $1000 here on gasoline this year and will not be returning.

If you need more than just ringing up, go somewhere else. These people don't know their products, even ones advertised in the dang store like the 7-Eleven Wallet. The older guy who seems to be some sort of owner or manager always has his mask under his nose, and today I was in and another associate had his mask under his chin while assisting customers. For your health and sanity you may want to go somewhere else.

My FAVORITE 7-11. Friendly owners and team. That's important because 7-11s can be very similar. The personalities make this one stand above the rest. I drop by every other day for a Slurpee and the owner always checks that machine is ready. That's the kind of courtesy that makes this store seem more like family.

You know how some places put a (convenience store) price on their items but later you realize they charged you more even more? Yes, these guys. I told the cashier the amount was wrong and showed him; he pulled the tag off the shelf and proceeded to charge me the higher price.

7-Elevens are I-Elevens, but this one is clean and run by a very friendly and welcoming crew. I drop by a couple times a week on my way to work and always get a friendly greeting.
