Highly recommend Andy’s 5 Star Flooring . Employees here are all friendly and communicative. Eric was very knowledgeable about carpet brands and carpet pads. Walter came over and measured and was also knowledgeable and helpful.
Installers were excellent. The whole process was easy and fairly stress-free. Very happy overall.

Fantastic job done by this company. Took a few different quotes around town and they were hands down the best. Not only were they much cheaper but the installation was finished within 36 hours. Had one company that quoted me 1 week for install instead of 1.5 days. Jose walked me through the process smoothly and was available whenever I needed. Definitely a 5 star experience!

He was very knowledgeable and very responsive with any questions we had. Very quick turnaround time for both orders. I would recommend going to see Walter for any flooring purchase.

My carpet purchase from Andy’s 5 Star Flooring in Bothell was a very good experience from start to finish. Eric Britton knows carpet! He helped me choose a nice brand, and ordered samples quickly for me. The installers (Ricardo and his son) were excellent. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very disappointed with the after-sale service. We first reported the issue over a year ago, and it’s still unresolved. The floors make loud creaking noises—even tiptoeing wakes the kids. We've had to chase the company just to get any response. A third-party inspection report showed the floors didn’t meet standards, but we were left in the dark again. Eventually, Andy's sent the installer and they blamed our house’s structure (even though our old floors had no issues). No follow-up since from Andy's nor the installer. This isn’t about weather or temperature—it's been a year. We’re stuck with noisy floors.
