I have been seeing Emily. She she has been great at helping me get my mobility and strength back. I am confident I will be able start doing the physical activities I enjoyed. Everyone at ATI Bothell are great and they will do everything they can to help you out.

I was hesitant about physical therapy since having such inconsistencies with other practices as a disabled and chronically ill person. Neha and everyone I encountered at this location are wonderful and always made me feel accommodated and welcomed. I can't give enough gratitude to Neha, without her knowledge and experience I believe I wouldn't have had a productive time with therapy or the ability to get stronger.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at ATI. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable in what they’re doing. They are helping me get stronger after my many back injuries and doing it it without adding pain in the process. I’ve had PT experiences in the past and this is far better than any PT experience I’ve ever had.

The place is very nice, clean and all staff is very happy and helpful if needed. My personal therapist is awesome. She is very clear as to what we hope to accomplish and along the way points out little things to be aware of that are occurring during my therapy.

Watch out for their billing !!!!They actually charge 2-3 times than what they told me at the service. And since they didn't put the correct address on file, they ended up send the bill to the collecting company that there is no way to talk with their billing department related to the bill because they don't have my account anymore.

Beware of scam!!!My wife went here for some sessions. They told her complimentary X-rays during first session and after insurance $5 copay each visit which they collected. Three months later they sent a money collection agency to us with bills of $300 for different services.

I really enjoy the PT assigned to me. In the last two places I did not see the PT after the initial eval,only the PTA. He is very present.

I recently completed my PT program here. The receptionist is super friendly and accommodating I have trouble sometimes with computer programs ,so she printed out the survey of health and questionnaires for me. I had the pleasure of working with several of the PT therapy assistants and the PT therapist that is manager of this location. The pace of my PT was appropriate to my injury and my healing. I felt this was a very safe space to heal in. The staff were all very encouraging and the therapists were willing to work with a schedule that fit my life. I had a great experience here and will definitely come back if ever needed in the future. Thank you for helping me heal .
