Dropped off my Evo at the office (crashed and broke an arm), and it was ready within 48 hours while I was still in the Seattle area last year fall. I know they probably don't usually do this, but they went above and beyond. Very helpful people ?

Great products but Autel are about to change their chips which will make current (v1) EVO drones, Live Deck and Smart Controller incompatible with the incoming v2 models. Before buying (in mid-2021 onwards), ask vendor to confirm in writing what your upgrade options are going forward.

I rate it with 2 stars, because although I like my X-Star Premiun, I don't have any type of assistance from the company Autel Robotics. I live in Spain and I have already tried to buy the battery, but without success, as Autel does not send the battery to me. Therefore, I can no longer fly my X-Star Premium.
