Finally leaving a review after I’ve had time to digest the experience and live with the car for a bit.
The purchase experience was fine, Cesar and Joseph were great to work with and this review is not representative of my experience with them.
Bought a 2006 Mini Cooper S and did my due diligence by having it inspected at a shop I trusted. The inspection revealed some issues totally about $3000: squeaky and hard clutch, worn engine mounts, leaking struts, dangerously worn radiator hose, oil filter housing gasket leak.
On the car’s inspection sheet, the tires were marked as being 8/32”.
Less than a thousand miles later, they measure at 4/32”, with winter coming this becomes a more “urgent” expense than anticipated.
The sunroof drain holes were also fully clogged, frying some electronics that I’ve since had to replace. I’m still dealing with residual water in body panels.
Insurance didn’t approve of the purchase value, valuing it at about half of what I paid.
All in all, I should’ve walked away due to pricing alone. The car wasn’t worth half of what I paid, and is turning into a money pit.
Do your due diligence, have your own inspection done, and be ready to walk away.

Jevin, Cesar, Jimmy and Matt were great! Very down to earth crew and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Ended up with a good vehicle and trade in offer. Wasn’t planning on selling/trading in my original vehicle but it all worked out.

Amazing staff! We worked with Matt, the Sales/Finance Manager, and he was incredible! He walked us through all of the details of the car, answered all of our questions, showed us things to look for when buying a used car. He made us feel very comfortable and did not make us feel pressured at all. He was informative and very kind and friendly! We’re super happy with our new 2016 Hyundai!
