This bank is a little too reliant on making appointments but the staff were great and so far as new customers two months in, BofA is doing just fine. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Thanks Claudia.

Once again horrible service. 4 of us in line and no one acknowledges anyone. They need more staff and more professional people in their branches. This is ridiculous

This branch does not value time. We were told to wait 45 minutes for service then they told me there is another appointment and sent us home. Meanwhile, the manager is conveniently on the phone. Bank of America does don't care about customer service, period.

I don't like this agency! the people in the coffin are suspicious of everything, all the time analyzing even your soul! if the letter of the check is ugly, they question it, they make us write behind the check with our letter. really some actions that have no need! I really don't feel happy working with that agency. I would very much like the agency near my home to reopen.

This place was completely empty and I brought in a 100 dollar bill and asked nicely if they could brake it and they said I needed an account or they weren't going to help me!! High class place man what a dump

Many years ago, I worked for Seafirst Bank (which eventually was bought out by Bank of America). Since then, I have never worked for a more corrupt legal entity than I did there (and I also worked/retired from Boeing). Hopefully, Bank of American does not do business the same way Seafirst did. The reason that Seafirst lost the bank was because around 5 people at the top gambled the future of the bank on a small bank in Oklahoma (Pen Square) and the oil boom. Needless to say, this gamble did not work out and the Fed almost (within 2 dayx) almost locked the doors. That is when Bank of America bought it. Well Fargo also made a bid to the bank but the terms were so unfavorable that Seafirst turned it down.

My interaction. Me: Hi I'm here to cash this check .I have my business credit card through you guys but don't have a checking account. Teller: One moment. Me: No problem. Teller: This is Matt (I believe his named was), he will be able to further assist you. Me: Uh. I just need this check cashed and can I get my credit card and ID back. Matt: I am a business specialist and would love to discuss what BOA can do for you. (speech continues on) Me: I am here to cash a check not interested in your business checking. My business account is with BECU and is not going any where. Matt: Does BECU offer these benefits and can they do this? Me: Are you going to cash my check or not? Matt: I would be more than happy to after sharing the option we have available. Me: I don't want to bring my business banking to you guys and even if I did, I wouldn't do it at this location. Matt: Well let me share... Me: Bye Bank of America doesn't care about customers. They care about numbers. Rude, unprofessional, a waste of my time, and there is a reason why NONE of my checking is with you guys.

Worse customer service ever!!! This manager Sharmila was awful to deal with! Gave me a really hard time to get my own money out of my account! I gave her my ID, DL, showed her my boa checkbook, my BOA phone app, all other major credit cards, but she couldn't not guarantee I was me! Really! Even TSA would let me travel, but she won't give me my own money. I have Mtg account with BOA! Never have I had issue withdrawing money! She just wanted to be difficult coz I didn't have my debit card! She used that as an excuse to harasss me! Awful and disappointing service!

I have been a customer of bank of America since it was Seafirst in the 70's. I withdrew $40.00 dollars from the ATM at Bank of America, I went inside to get it changed into 2 tens. O my god they wanted my debit card to make change. I couldn't believe it. I refused to give them any information just to get change from a 20 dollar bill. I don't know what their problem is but I refuse to give anybody info just to get change. Its an invasion of privacy. I went across the street to another bank and had NO problem getting change. Wake up BOA before you lose more customers. ED H

The only time I have to come in (because of work) is on Saturdays but if you need help from a teller that will take more than 10 minutes they will not help you at all and they will tell you to come back in when it's slow during the week even though it was slow... they admitted it was slow but they said it could get busy so thats why they couldnt spend the time on what I needed. I got help from another bank of America location for 30 minutes with a teller on a saturday. Why is there no consistency in such a big company?
