The people at the Bothell branch have been absolutely wonderful over the years. I have been dealing with this branch since 1999, and they have been there to support me, my family and businesses through thick and thin. They are like the banks of old that remember customers and are there at help in any way they can.
I have recommended the bank to many friends and clients and will continue to do so. The only down side is that they are not open on Saturday. With today’s banking options I have not found that to be a big deal.
I left a national bank that I had been with for 35 years because they were pushing everything to their corporate office and my identity had been lost. Even while Banner has grown and expanded, they have not lost the hometown feel of a local bank.
I’ve never been happier with my banking decision to go “local” with Banner.

Banner Bank downtown Bothell branch truly is a hometown bank! Carol is FANTASTIC, and I think she knows everyone who banks there, and makes everyone feel as if they are family to her. The whole staff though are very welcoming, and GREAT to work with. I highly recommend banking at this particular branch for a great banking and personal professional approach to their customers.

This specific branch of Banner just plain stands-out and takes the cake.
The gals (Carol, Isha, Maggie, Fabi)in here are not only efficient, sharp and knowledgeable…..but more importantly fun, kind and caring. They have continually helped with our small business and its needs and direction, and gone out of their way multiple times to ensure I left happy and at ease. They seem like a small town bank with the attention and service they provide.
They are so personal and ask about my family and I have seen it with others in the bank as well.
They take time to know their clients and anticipate their needs….finding how to best meet them
Some people dread going to the bank, but you won’t if you bank here. They’re just plain awesome.

A great local bank, filled with incredibly warm and helpful employees. We have had many great experiences coming there for our banking needs. The team at the Banner Bank in Bothell are all well-equipped and professional bankers, ready to connect with all of their guests to help them however they need. Fabi in the side office is a welcomed ray of sunshine and the staff at the teller desk are very knowledgeable and efficient at connecting with their guests.
We recommend stopping by for any banking help; whoever comes to the Banner Bank is in good hands.
