I'm so glad I transferred all my bank accounts to BECU!!! They are SO much better than my old bank + the staff are always so friendly. Joey took such good care of my mother that she encouraged me to open an account...then we brought in my husband, my father, my best friend.. etc. Joey has hooked us all up, and we couldn't be happier! Today, he helped me open an account for my small business - the last one I needed to convert to be fully and exclusively a BECU member.

Finally moved my personal banking over to BECU from Wells Fargo. Breeze made the process very easy and she took the time to make sure all my banking needs were met. I’d highly recommend making a visit if you’ve been thinking of switching from one of the big banks.

It's an ATM, which is what I wanted/needed ... It is located inside the store (Safeway) .There are two entries, but one is fully-closed. You enter the store on the left/front ... Upon entering, the ATM is located near the "closed" entry, in the customer service area.There are two ATMs, on full-service type where you can make deposits, and one smaller older types, for just dispensing cash.

I've long been happy with BECU & today was no different. I lost my debit card & went to get it replaced. Kevin D was very helpful. He referred me to some other products that might improve my financial situation but he wasn't pushy about it. Didn't try to pin me down for an appointment or anything - just pointed me to some options. I really appreciate this credit union.

I lost my debit card so I came here to get a new one. I was helped by Lynn who was super nice and helped me through the process of getting a new card. Based on my experience, I would definitely come back to this location in the future.

Closed the inside ATMS outside of business hours even tho they are separated away from the reps and used to be open 24/7. forced to use the outside atm which is dangerous to BECU members. first time I am ever disappointed with BECU and ever considered switching banks.

Went into this location the other day to take care of some basic loan paperwork. What really impressed me was the customer service and professionalism of Kevin Davis. He made everything so smooth and effortless, and yet was also incredibly polite and honest. Definitely glad I stopped in at this particular location.

This branch is awful. I've come in multiple times and never recieve good service. They do not follow the check in system and skip people in line. Once they do get to you they are very slow and do not care you as a customer. They really need to focus on customer service and speed.

They are awful. They lock your account multiple times a year for non-explained "security reasons" then make you wait on hold for hours. Support is non-existent

Be prepared to stand in the cold outside during open business hours because they already have 1 one person in the lobby.
