I came here right after going to bank of america. The difference speaks volumes. The staff were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and helped me figure out what I needed. I worked with DJ who was fantastic, and even stayed past closing to make sure I got everything I needed and that I didn’t have any more questions. Thank you DJ!

Staff is always helpful, clean inside, two ATMs available at all times. Lacks good parking.

I cannot recommend using their ATMs. My card was kept by their ATM and their policy forbids them from opening the machine. Other local BECUs have been able to open their ATM for my son in the past but for some reason this is impossible for this branch, the staff attempted to explain "there is no back room for their ATM", of course there isnt, those models slide forward to open. I will now have to now get in contact with all of my creditors and debitors to update my billing information. I cannot speak to their other services, but should you have an issue with their ATM, you will lose your card.

BECU intentionally makes it as difficult as possible to lay off auto loans if you do not bank with them. Went to 4 different locations for an after hours deposit box, only to find out none of them have one. It's ridiculous. Go bank somewhere else

This is a review of BECU as a company and not this location. BECU decided to change the business banking. We received no notice. That is not good. When I try to login, I got error of course. No error notification stating that they have changed ... Not good Called the customer service number as indicated by error message. On hold for 16 min (acceptable), the person told me he doesn't know why I cant log in, the account looks fine. GUESS WHAT - Looks like there is no internal communication between BECU Department - Extremely bad He transfers me to business account. On hold for 46 min the person tell me he can't do anything I have to get the primary person on the account. I inform him I am the only one on this account with online access. BECU has all my logs of activity, he has verified my identity, I have access to the account He can't do anything to help. I ask him why couldn't I get this information when I tried logging on , or when the first person answered my call. Why I had to wait an hour to get this information? I asked him if he can do anything to help so if I have to call in again for this issue. He couldn't give me a direct number for someone who can help. Instead he told me to call the business number which made me wait 46 min. Personally, I have moved my personal banking from BECU due to poor service.

Stellar customer service here in downtown Bothell. Quicker/Better to make an appt than use the 800 phone tree message system when calling BECU, leaving a message and hoping to get a return answer to your credit union service question within hours. Appt for face to face service... depending on the service needed works best!

I feel the need to share andknowledgeable advise on transactions and Carlos was able to calmly assist me in order to oversee the process required. Even with the staff turnover, I have had more successes from this branch then not. I appreciate your continued support and assistance.

As a Elderly Disabled person, Eye always inform who is helping me of my mental & physical limitation's since being a pedestrian struck by a car in 1984. I use the internet for shopping as a disabled person daily & watch activity carefully. I think I was improperly charged by a PayPal-Scam. Martin Pendelton was the only person to help me at 2:30pm win eye went in to my local BECU. He explained the error was was between me and PayPal, but as a courtesy could have the charges removed, one time! I explained again to look back through the records, its not the Only reversal that BECU has allowed, he's just new to My Account.Good Sales, maybe. Customer service, not 4 me, I'll continue to look for a real Bank Teller, that cares about Each customer, regardless. :)
