Nails didn’t turn out that good but that isn’t the issue. The nail tech answered about 10 phone calls while doing my nails which made her take wayyy longer to finish. Not to mention she was so aggressive and careless with my hand for no reason and aggressively tapped me every time she had a question. Irritating. I was really hoping to stick to this salon but ended up hating the whole experience (including the nails).Service: Acrylic nails

Everyone at this salon is amazing. I normally come here but went to another salon with a bridal party to have my nails done. I had asked for a dip French Tip and showed a photo of the shape that I wanted. They messed them up so bad, that I ended up scheduling the next day here to have them redone. Nikki squeezed me in for a same day appointment with Nancy and everyone checked throughout the appointment that I was getting what I wanted. I cannot explain how happy I am that they took the time to get my nails done right. I’ve learned my lesson and I will never go anywhere else but Bella Dolche.

Good place! I started going here after finding out that Ten was no longer at Luna Nails in Everett. I remember calling one day to make an appointment and finding out she was in Vietnam, I nearly booked a flight that moment to track her down. ? The person at Luna said he didn’t know when she’d be back so I just decided to call periodically to check. One day I called and heard she was at Dolce and he gave me the phone number. I called right away and booked my appointment. I have long natural nails and always get SNS. Ten does a great job and is sure to pay close attention to detail. My nails looks great and they last a long time. Check this place out and Ten specifically, if you’re looking for a beautiful set.Service: Dip powder

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET ACRYLICS DONE. I have no clue how they have 4 stars, and the people who like how their nails are done must not be able to see well or don’t know what good nails look like. My nails look like they were done by someone who has never done nails before, which is disappointing because I spent almost 80 on them. They’re extremely bumpy and uneven, the nail tech only did one coat of nail polish on my French tips which I have never seen that before. The color is very transparent now and looks like a completely different shade of green compared to what I chose. On top of that, they are very chunky and don’t look sleek at all. I was so excited about getting my nails done here cause it looked so nice and the customer service was really good. This is all coming from someone who has never left a review on something before, that is how bad these nails are. I wouldn’t be as upset if I had only paid like 40 for them, but 80 dollars is insane. If your customer is paying that much, you need to be giving them something worth their money. I’m mostly just very sad about this experience because of how excited I was, I never get to have my nails done because I am a broke college student who works all the time. It’s hard to see in the photos how bad they are, but it gives an idea. So please spare your money and emotions and go somewhere else unless you’re looking for something other than acrylics. My best advice to the manager here is to PLEASE tell your nail techs to take their time, actually care about what they’re doing and not rush the whole thing, that’s why this happened. Very very disappointing.

Was not impressed at all. I had to ask to have my toes redone after noticing as much polish around my nails as I had on the actual nail. Not sure how a professional missed that. Even after that, they looked sloppy and my heels were still very dry. My gel nails were thick, uneven and started chipping less than a week after I had them done for vacation. Paid $70 for Horrible paint job my original nail tech changed to a different gal and she rushed the whole thing filed left my nails crooked . Pedicure mentioned hot stone used no stones were used at all .

Bad manicure and pedicure , bumpy rough thick amateur nails, they look like the were done a month ago and they charge waay more. They don’t know what they are doing.These are not even coffin shaped it ridiculous. Everyone at work wants to know where i did them because they look nothing like the nails i do usually. my girlfriend got her acrylics taken off at this place and the lady attending us took little to no care in removing the nails properly, cutting into her actual nails and causing her to bleed on two of her fingers. Whole process literally 5 minutes which should tell you something

I recently visited Bella Dolce Nail Place in hopes of enjoying a relaxing and pleasant nail care experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be quite disappointing and far from the experience I had anticipated. There were several concerning aspects that left me dissatisfied with the services provided.First and foremost, the lack of basic English communication skills among the staff was highly evident. It was difficult to convey my preferences and understand their instructions, which led to misunderstandings and frustrations throughout the session. Effective communication is crucial in the service industry, and the language barrier made it challenging to achieve the desired outcome.Moreover, the overall experience felt rushed and devoid of the attention and care one would expect from a professional nail salon. The technicians seemed more focused on finishing the job quickly rather than providing a quality service. As a result, I felt like they were cutting corners and neglecting important details, compromising the overall outcome of my nails.One of the most concerning aspects of my visit was the aggressive behavior exhibited by one of the workers. Their demeanor was far from professional, and their approach was forceful, particularly when it came to gratuity. Despite my decision not to leave a tip, the worker insisted and even went to the extent of pressuring me, creating an uncomfortable and awkward situation.To add to my disappointment, I experienced discomfort and even pain during the session. At one point, my nail was accidentally cut too deeply, causing it to bleed. This was an alarming incident, as it demonstrated a lack of precision and attention to detail by the technician. It not only compromised my safety but also left me with an unsightly and painful nail.In conclusion, my experience at Bella Dolce Nail Place was far from satisfactory. The lack of basic English communication, rushed and inattentive service, the aggressive insistence on gratuity, and the incident that resulted in a bleeding nail all contributed to my disappointment. As a customer, I expected a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately, this establishment failed to meet those expectations. I would caution others to consider these factors before deciding to visit Bella Dolce Nail Place.

Came here because it looked like a decent place with good service. Service of nail artist was very good and polite but the younger male manager was not so polite. When I asked to try different colors (because the sample colors don’t always look the same on your actual nails), he handed me my purse and close the tray table of my chair and asked me to go to the color bar to choose the color. The nail artist also started to collect and put away her basket of tools. I don’t know about some people, but to me it seemed like an annoyed gesture. So pick your colors wisely if you don’t want to get this annoyed look from the manager.

Last two visits have not been good. It use to be a great place. The manicurist cut me. Then when I got home I realized she didn't even deal with my ruff spots on my heal. I had to fix it myself when I got home.

Horrible job! Staff attempted to fix but were too lazy or busy to redo nails to satisfy customer... and they want to tell me it's my nails. Really dislike these money grubbing assholes. go elsewhere

Came from out of town and had wanted a relaxing pedicure. I saw this place had great reviews and decided to try it out. I was welcomed instantly and filled out a piece of paper with the service I wanted, which was a pedicure and paraffin wax.Ben did my pedicure and he was phenomenal!! He made this the best experience I have ever had, so attentive kept telling me to relax! The nail salon is clean the message chairs were nice and not ripped like you see at other salons.They even have a drink station!! Need a coke, a slushy, how about a glass of champagne? They got it!!!I would recommend you try this place out, I know I'll be back to see Ben!!

Honestly I'm appalled. I went in to get acrylics that were stiletto shape and NO one could do them right. 3 different nail artists came to try and none of them could give me what I wanted. I understand it's a tedious shape to craft but they should at least know how to do it. One of the nail artists in particular was truly awful. The entire process was so wrong. She didn't cut the nails right, put way too much acrylic goo on, and was so messy. She also would not stop talking to her coworker next to her for like 5 seconds and it was clear she was distracted. I'm just extremely disappointed and will be going to the White Lotus salon by Beardslee (who always do an amazing job on my nails) to get these atrocious nails off and redone.
