From initial visit to end Bothell Furniture provided top notch service. After an experience with a "high end" store in Bellevue where the sales rep knew nothing about the Fjord chairs they were selling, we were so impressed with Kim's unhurried and expert approach. As it turned out when we got the chair there was a problem with the mechanism. They ordered a new one and made the exchange efficiently. Really like a breath of fresh air to get good old-fashioned customer service like this. And there is plenty of parking to boot, without fighting the Bellevue crowds.

The front ladies very rude un friendly their customer service needs some serious work their furniture over priced better off to go to underhills or bedrooms and more they treat you awesome for the best deal and quality at these two stores are awesome

This review is a little late in coming, but the staff at Bothell Furniture was so helpful, I had to make sure I posted something. After my in-laws purchased a lift recliner chair, they had some issues with it. The staff went above and beyond to help them resolve things which they really didn't have to do since the sale was finalized. They truly seemed to want to make all parties happy and helped us to resolve everything. I apologize, but I lost the business card for the one lady that helped us through the ordeal, but I'm guessing she'll remember us! I would highly recommend this store not only for their quality furniture, but most importantly their outstanding sales staff, management, and overall customer service. Thank you!!!

This is a review for furniture that we haven't even received yet. We ordered some beautiful Amish built chest of drawers and a bed frame going on 7mo. ago. We were initially told at the time of purchase that it was 5mo. out from being delivered. Here we are today and we are still waiting for our items. I guess a salesperson told my wife that the manufacturer stopped making furniture but would still be filling the last of their orders. I'll believe it when I see it. Monday morning I'll be making some phone calls. -UPDATE- Just spoke with the owner and he told us that it won't be ready until the end of September now. Asked for our deposit money back ($2250) and he said that we couldn't have it. I told him we do not want the furniture anymore and he said we would forfeit our $2250 then. Needless to say, we have an appointment with our attorney tomorrow. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSTER FIRE OF A STORE.

This was my second experience with this store and I highly recommend them. I ordered a night stand and small coffee table in March and was told that they wouldn't be ready for three months. Turns out they were ready almost two months sooner.The store did a great job in keeping in contact with me about my order status. The night stand and coffee table were delivered today and I love them so much. The delivery guys were extremely nice and showed up before the delivery window was to open so I didn't have to wait around. They were in and out in less than a half hour. Really happy with their customer service.

I went on a scouting mission to look for a new dining room table and chairs. I had no intention of buying anything that day. I met with Brandon. He is not famously salesman at all. He told me about what was available and even though their sale had not officially started he would honor the prices if already tagged furniture. I fell in love with a set right away. It was exactly what I wanted. I looked around some more but that was the one I wanted. I was not pressured at all. Brandon told me all about the table and chairs, the finish etc. I went home, talked to my husband. We called Brandon, asked the price because I couldn't remember. We bought it over the phone on a Friday. Children's Med Center picked up our old set on Tuesday and our new beautiful set was delivered on Wednesday. It was meant to be. The entire experience was the best. The quality of the furniture at Bothell Furniture us far superior than anywhere else I looked...and I had looked for a long time. I highly recommend this store and Brandon.

Love, love, love this furniture store! Yes, you pay top dollars but what you get is top of the line furniture made in America. The furniture you find there is pure quality, have great designs, and are made to last. If you are planning on buying new furniture for your home do yourself a favor and check out this store.
