Both of my kids go to Bothell Kindercare, and we feel so grateful to have found a place where they are well cared for every day. The environment is clean and safe. The teachers are nurturing and skilled, keeping us informed with daily updates, photos, and developmental progress. I really appreciate their hard work and passion for early childhood education. Our kids have grown so much socially and intellectually since starting here, and they are truly thriving and happy every day.

This center has been such a positive experience for our family. The teachers are caring, and truly dedicated. They have made such a difference in our child’s confidence and happiness. The creative activities and engaging lessons make learning so much fun.
My daughter is in preschool now, and when she first started, I was worried because she had some language difficulties. But she quickly began to feel happy and safe in her class, thanks to Ms.Claire, who is so kind and caring. Her current teachers—Ms.Rosemary, Ms.Mariya, Mr.Jaison, Mr.Jalen, and Ms.Mrinmayi—are all doing a wonderful job. Ms.Mariya and Ms.Rosemary organize so many great activities every month, and my daughter absolutely loves participating. They truly take excellent care of the children.
We love this center! Ms.Juliet, the center director, is the pillar of the center —she is a wonderful and kind-hearted person who is always there to help and makes a big difference every day. Ms.Mansooreh, the assistant director, is also amazing and very supportive. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do.

We’ve loved our experience at Bothell Kindercare. The teachers are warm, patient, and caring. Both my girls love their teachers (Mr. Bevin- lead teacher for the Toddler class and Ms. Brii- lead teacher for Pre-K) as well as the rest of the team. My kids are always excited to go, and come home happy and full of stories. We also appreciate the daily app updates and pictures.
The center director (Juliet) is very responsive and approachable and has done an amazing job of improving the quality of this place over the last few years since she joined.
Highly recommend to any family looking for a safe, nurturing place for their child.

We cannot thank Bothell Kindercare enough for the incredible care and nurturing they provided our daughter. When she first joined, she was shy and carried emotional baggage from a previous daycare experience. But within just days at Kindercare, we witnessed an amazing transformation - she became her happy, lively self again, all thanks to the patient, warm guidance of the wonderful center director and teachers.
The staff created such a safe, welcoming environment that truly became her second home. Under their care, she flourished both academically and socially.
What sets Kindercare apart is their genuine dedication to each child's emotional wellbeing alongside their educational growth. The teachers don't just supervise - they nurture, inspire, and create lasting positive impacts.
We're sad our time here has come to an end, but will forever be grateful for the strong foundation they gave to my daughter. Any family would be lucky to be part of the Bothell Kindercare community!

My son has been here for Pre-school and pre-K - he loves the place, his teachers, and friends. The teachers show genuine care for the kids and they adore them. The center director Juliet runs a well oiled machine and is very prompt with communication and ensuring that kids are cared for. I like that there is no TV in the center, which means that kids play together and do activities that do not involve screen time.

Son has been there since he was an infant, he is now in the preschool. The teachers have always made him feel comfortable and safe, and he has a lot of fun with all his friends, while learning and developing along the way. Great center management and a lot of communication with parents.

We've had great teachers here, from Ma. Iman and Ms. Hailey have really had a positive impact on my daughters life, she is so confident with her words and she always comes home saying she has a great day!!! She loves her classmates and really enjoys her days there!! They also constantly send updates, pictures, and videos through out the day. Really helps me at work knowing my toddler is having a full day of activities and learning with her friends!!

Moving to Washington we were nervous about finding a good childcare facility for our son with special needs. The KinderCare team at Bothell was extraordinary. They partnered with us in providing the best environment for our son, they worked with his therapists, and most importantly they loved and cared for him immensely. We are so thankful for our time at KinderCare Bothell.

**Update** I felt it was only fair to update my review. Since my last feedback, I did hear from the site director. She was professional in our communications and she did clarify what she had done on her end to facilitate what she could. I stand by my previous statement that it is hard to get in touch and getting a response is painfully slow. I have since worked with a customer service representative for further follow up.

I'm a little surprised at the negative reviews regarding the staff at this facility - we have limited knowledge of the organization but have found staff to be genuinely interested in their children and knowledgeable about early childhood education. That being said, the location of this facility has deterred us from enrolling our kids here. There is a small outdoor space but the building is very close to the freeway and it is LOUD from constant traffic. This might not be a problem for some, but we found it difficult to imagine having children spend extended amounts of time there. I encourage families considering this facility to book a tour and see it for themselves - it is very difficult to capture an objective perspective in a review.

They make every day fun for my toddler. The Wobbler and Toddler teaches truly care about my daughter's happiness, health, and education. They feel like part of the family. She loves them so much! Craft time is her favorite, always comes home with cute art. The app let's staff post pictures and updates through out day which offers constant peace of mind while I'm at work. Can always check in!

We are so happy with the care our son has received at Bothell KinderCare. We moved out to the Bothell area on a temporary basis for work. He was 13 months old at the time and was not previously in childcare as we have family back home to care for him. We were so worried! Slowly but surely he grew to absolutely love the staff and other children at Bothell KC. It's a happy and warm atmosphere. My son came home with new skills and new words on a daily basis. He is a better sleeper, eater and finally learned to embrace routine thanks to his teachers! Excellent communication and lots of pictures throughout the day. I know my son is safe in their hands.Today is his last day as we move back to Minnesota- It's bitted sweet!Thank you Bothell KC for caring for our son like you would your own children! You've eased our minds this past year and we will truly miss having you in our son's life!

The Teachers and Staff are top-notch. They care about the children, and we are so grateful to have them watching our little one. Their activities are engaging and have helped him achieve developmental milestones faster than if at home. I can confidently recommend Bothell KinderCare!
