This PT group are a God send for me. The energy, focus and care from the therapists and staff are always directed to the patient. I have been to many PT facility’s, busy, scattered, and noisy, I leave feeling the same.At RET(Bothell) I feel safe, educated, and peace. They are there for YOU.

I went to the bothell location. It's expensive and doctor said he would email me the exercises to do at home and even after repeated reminders I didn't get those. They just want you to come back and give money.

Shana has been a fantastic therapist. She has identified and given me very specific exercises and ways to adapt them if my body doesn't like a certain exercise. I would highly recommend Shana as the best PT therapist ever. She is understanding, pleasant and has a great sense of humor as well.

It is very hard to schedule with these folks, as well as coordinating treatment details and billing. I am currently working reduced hours on light duty, and still cannot schedule an evaluation without missing work. God forbid you ever try to come here for an L&I-covered injury--you would be better served just walking away. I have been treated (or attempted to be treated, at least) for three separate injuries at this office over the past three years, and each visit has been sincerely in enjoyable. It may have been the enormous bill I received after visit when my insurance was out of network, or their insistence that I MUST contact my physician, insurance provide, case manager to get treatment protocols and forms that ONLY THEY NEED related to treatment. Their therapists are great, but everything else related to this practice will give you an enormous headache!

I enjoyed my visits to the Bothell clinic. The staff was friendly and supportive, and most importantly I received a thorough assessment of my ailments and a targeted plan to achieve improvement. I will also state that the location was convenient to get to from where I live in Kirkland, a big plus as well. Highly recommend!

I herniated my L5-S1 to the point where daily tasks were excruciating and needed medication to be somewhat normal. The therapist worked with me very gradually ramping up my program from very minimal stability movements to full strength training. I went from barely being able to withstand sitting in a chair to walking 10 miles a week and driving without any pain for hours. Highly recommend the team here! Thanks for the work in getting me to where I am today. (Disclaimer: As with all PT, it won’t work unless you do the exercises outside of the appointments)

I've been using RET Physical Therapy for years and their healing skills are not limited to just physical therapy! Being a regular at the Bothell location since January 2016 (and Totem Lake before that) I have worked with all their personnel who are very effective in what they do and personable to boot. In addition to my numerous spinal issues (from degeneration, arthritis and stress) the therapists at Bothell care about what's going on in my life that aggravate my condition and compounds my pain. I like, and really appreciate, how they talk with me during my treatment, which gives them the insight they need. Most importantly to me, is their willingness to share their experience as well as provide clinical information (I ask a lot of physiological questions!) which provide spot on solutions toward healing.There's no need to search any longer for a good physical therapy clinic. RET Bothell Physical Therapy is the best!

I learned a lot from the physical therapists at the Bothell Physical Therapy.The therapists taught me how to exercise all the areas where I had injured, but also all the muscles that surrounded it so that I could build up my strength to hopefully be better than I was before and not get injured again.I had a great experience with my physical therapy and highly recommend this location in Bothell.

Outstanding care at Bothell Physical Therapy (RET)! Review by a lifelong athlete who experiences pain due to chronic congenital spine issues, as well as sports-related and auto collision injuries. The providers here are exceptionally skilled at identifying and treating acute and chronic pain using a variety of strategies and a collaborative approach. Their interactions with me have been compassionate and authentic. Care plans are dynamic and flexible to my situation, with excellent continuity of care between providers... so I don’t have to tell my story repeatedly. Front staff are helpful and provide flexible scheduling options for appointments. Plenty of free parking. Got pain? Try them out.

At Bothell RET the staff is all a bright, and well educated group. They take time to first listen to your specific ailment. Then they go" out of the box" to create exercise that focuses on you, where you are currently. They are a bright, earnest group of professionals who work with kind integrity to push the patient, sometimes as needed, into the best healthful state.They all rock.

Exceptional team, beyond my expectations. Everyone in the office was on point with helping build a routine for my back pain. We slowly built exercises that developed my core and the results are amazing. (you have to do the work assigned outside their office too)

I was at Bothell Physical Therapy from November until March for therapy after total shoulder replacement. The entire staff is amazing. Jerame was my primary therapist during the time I was receiving treatment. He was professional, thorough, and very encouraging. Plus he gave me a plan of exercises I could continue on my own as we are full time RVers.

I was looking for a PT near my home and saw that Bothell Physical Therapy had positive reviews. I am very happy with Kelsi. She is friendly, professional, and explains everything very well. My arm is much better after only two visits. I highly recommend Bothell Physical Therapy.

Its been years since I have needed PT and I honestly didn't want to go because I felt like cattle herded through the process. As soon as I entered Bothell Pt it felt so different. Everyone was so nice and actually cared. Kelsea my physical therapist listened to my concerns and even though I am not of fan of exercises she made them fun and didn't once make me feel bad if I didn't do them correctly. I felt like no matter who I went to there that I would get the same treatment. I felt valued and listened too. The whole place was clean and the other patients looked like they had the same experience as I did. I highly recommend here.
