Been going here since I got my Toyota (older Highlander) in 2022. They have always gone above and beyond for service. They are honest and always seem to get me in soon.

Jordan was extremely helpful after my car started having issues. He was extremely understanding, explaining the issue in its entirety while offering multiple solutions. Helped the whole process feel less stressful

This Toyota shop is amazing! I’ve worked with Hing, Nolan, and Yi, and they’ve all been super friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. They always take great care of their customers, and I’ve decided this is the only place I’ll be bringing my truck from now on.

This business has an employee who EVERY morning when he arrives before opening sits in the parking lot and imposes LOUD, thumping music on everyone. Today during apparently his lunch break I gave him a dirty look and he proceeded to turn the bass up even more. I spoke to the garage. Now setting aside the fact that overwhelmingly businesses in a similar situation would tell their employee to cut it out regardless of how wrong they felt the employee was, this business not only did nothing but also went ahead and welcomed me to write this review. What caliber of people from several fronts do you think you are really dealing with here?

These guys are the absolute best. Very honest, very reasonable. I feel very lucky to have them as my mechanic! They have done magic with my 2007 Lexus hybrid!

Had always done their best to repair any car problems I’ve had. Quick & efficient repair shop. They are also not a dealership, so no of course they wouldn’t sell car parts! Love Bothell Toyota Specialists. I will always recommend!!

We bring both our toyotas for service here.
Always friendly, efficient and polite. Advise when you go to desk approx time til they can check car and approximate wait for what they think it needs. Highly recommend them.
If it's a wait , they'll make appointment.

I ask that they replace my HID headlamp. When I took the car, the headlamp was pointing almost downward. I took it in, and the mechanic corrected it, and with help from another mechanic, they aligned it. After a few days, I noticed rain/ condensation was in the light housing. They blamed the housing defect for the leak. It didn't leak before I brought it in, but now it does, give me a break. Now they want $300 to replace them. I bought 2 housings on Amazon for $200. You often hear these horror stories where garages will fis one thing as something else happens to break.

I visited a month ago as a new customer to get an oil change and tire rotation for my 2022 Corolla. They were transparent and reasonable with pricing as well as completed the job in a very short time.
I’m happy to recommend them and will be continuing to go to them for my car service.

I would have given zero stars if that was possible!
This happened on 11/21/2024, when Seattle's neighborhoods were still recovering from the Wind storm carnage and there still was no power for 326,000 people per PSE.
I was out desperately searching for formula for my 7 month old, not finding any near my home around Sammamish. I had driven to Redmond, and my car ran out of gas. I parked it at Fred Meyers hoping to purchase a gas can and uber North to Kirkland/Bothell to get gas and recover my car.
Unfortunately, home depot and Fred Meyers said they are all out of cans, expected, as everyone is searching for gas, the pumps don't have power, so folks are stocking up.
I googled and called some stores and none had gas tanks. I then found the oreilley's next to this Toyota shop which has 2 1 gallon cans left. I rushed to them in an uber only to find that by the time I reached they had sold out.
I was desperate, and walked in this toyota repair shop. I asked them if they sell any gas cans. I told me my entire story, as I have written down here.
The gentle man there was very spymathetic to my case, and said, they don't sell any, but they can sell me their used on instead, since it was an emergency.
I agreed, that was my last option. He googled the prices and said a new one is around $50 and he would sell me his for $35, I agreed. I didn't check the prices myself, I trusted him.
He gave me a can, without a lid, and a few rags to plug in the hole. I took it for $35.
I got my gas and then no uber was willing to take me to my car as the can was unsafe without a lid. Finally one uber driver responded to my plight.
When I came home ,I checked the prices, a new plastic red can for 5 gals cost 15-20 dollars, he sold me an old one for 35.
I would have given him 35 if he had said, he is not helping me, and it is capitalism and demand drives prices. I would understand, But he cheated me, showed false concern, and tried to make a fast buck. I take offense to that.
Trust me, I was willing to pay even a $100 for my Baby to whom I needed to get the formula. There was no need of deception.
I can dispute the charge and block it, but I won't, let him enjoy his win, I am sure that $35 will take him a long long way.
