Took our 2018 Toyota Corolla SE for the 90000 transmission maintenance. The transmission pan was dented when we bought this car 2 years ago. Bothell Way Garage was recommended by 2 of my friends. I had the BEST car service, no hassle and quick. The 4.9 STARS review as of 10.3.2025,... they earned it. My quote from another garage was almost doubled in price. This is where I will get my next oil changes and maintenance from now on. 5 STARS.

Jared's customer service is fantastic and the gentlemen working on the cars know their craft well. They're worth the money and they have really nice prices compared to some of the shops nearby.

The last mechanic I trusted retired a few years ago and I put off getting my car serviced. I finally asked a trusted friend if he could recommend a repair service. he sent me to Bothell Way Garage. I'm so glad I did. They thoroughly explained what work needed to done, what issues might arise after they started working on my car and approximately when I could expect my car to be done. They got finished early and below the estimate. I'll be going back for all my car needs.

I've been to a few other shops in the area, but none have been as reliable and fair as Bothell Way Garage has. The team has been super communicative, fair, and helpful when it's come to any car troubles. Highly reccomend going to them

This shop is great, nice honest and trustworthy staff and owner. Not cheap but would you want a cheap mechanic? They’re fair and the quality of their work is worth every bit of what you’ll pay and probably more if we’re being fair. They’re fast and frankly they just know their stuff very well.
This shop has replaced tie rods, new oil pan, fixed the AC, and today they’re working on a supercharger vacuum pump replacement. They’ve performed maybe $2,500 worth of work for me and I’ll continue to return here for any car repairs or service I need. They work with maintenance plans and are very patient with the complex and slow process. Very helpful to work with.

Did an amazing job! Mark went over and beyond to find the drive line for my Cadillac..got it done for a good price. This definitely is where I'm getting all my repairs done in the future. I highly recommend. Thank you!

A friend reccomended Bothell Way Garage to me a while back, so when I had an engine misfire on my 2009 Ford Escape I called them. Mark got me an appointment in about a week from my initial call and gave me some advice on how not to make it worse until I bring the car in. I brought the car in early in the morning, and by 5pm that same day it was ready to go, with new spark plugs, new inginition coil on a cillinder and a full breakdown and estimates for future repairs (it's an old car, with lots of miles on it, and it needs a bit of work). They are fair and fast and my car's running great after taking it in. A great experience! I'm actually looking forward to car repairs now, as weird as that is!

I really like these guys. Are they cheap? No, but then who is these days. Are they fair? Yes. Are they honest? This is the most important question and the answer is resounding Hell Ya!
I was tempted to give a one-star review just so no one else would go here and I could get my car in sooner ?
Bottom line these are good guys. They won't eff you over. I send my friends here and I would even send my mom I here.
