Josh and the people at Brooks were really attentive and knowledgeable in their products and it was even more credible having someone like Josh who's ran a lot be part of their team give you recommendations on what shoes to wear.

Went to their annual sale and it had a good layout, atmosphere, and staff were friendly and helpful. Arrived 1 hour after opening on the first day and stock was very limited of wide and narrow shoes. Only select colors and models but great discounts. Cheapest cosmetic factory seconds are $40.

Took my disabled adult son here for new shoes and the gal was extremely nice,professional and overall informative in every way,locat d the perfect shoe for him and I a retired cross country runner snagged a pair for myself too,all in same stop in.,Thanks for great experience.

Friendly staff. Nicely organized stock. Easy to help yourself. Good discounts. Will return when I next need sport shoes. Saw some cute clothing as well, but didn't look through them this time.

This is their outlet store. Kudos to the young people manning that store. They are knowledgeable, respectful and efficient at their job, making a sale or not, with just the right amount of attention to give you the information you need but no unwanted high pressure sales tactic. Shoes are high quality. Sign up for their truckload sale which is usually around April.
