Seamless experience getting my car repaired after getting rear ended. Hasan serviced my vehicle and made the process incredibly easy and transparent. Was updated via text every step of the way and my car was even fixed a week early! This location worked with my insurance (progressive) as an in network provider and did all the claim processing for me. Made a stressful situation a lot easier 💛

I was in my first accident back in October. I contacted Caliber Collision as they were a referral from a coworker. Ana did a wonderful job walking me through the process and the helping navigate the insurance situation with the person who hit me. I was very worried about the amount of damage but Ana assured me everything could be fixed. My car went in for repairs and I was set up with a rental car at Enterprise nearby (they're also wonderful). About two weeks later, my car was ready to be picked up. All my questions were answered and the staff was very attentive. I even had a chance to meet the manager, JD. He really seemed to be invested in the work the shop does.
About a month and a half later my car was hit again in a parking lot. I emailed Ana to let her know and she answered me the same day. I was able to schedule my appointment for drop off a few days later where again I received amazing service and top notch communication. A week later I was reunited with my car. I had to rush off to work so I was even able to leave my rental car with Caliber who would coordinate the return with Enterprise (shout out to Lucas who helped me both times I needed a rental!) Caliber even vacuumed my car which was a really nice touch.
Communication is very important to me and this location has it mastered. Between the updates via text and the quick response via email, Ana always had answers for me. This shop is very impressive and takes pride in their work. If you need work done, I highly recommend this Caliber Collision location and working with Ana.

My car was hit in a parking lot and unfortunately hit and run. My insurance company recommended Caliper Collision in Bothell. I am so happy that's where we took our Suburu Outback. They replaced the back bumper and side panel. Also had to do some painting. They also did a nice little interior detail. My car seriously looks brand new looking at the back.

Outstanding experience with Caliber Collision. Even with a third-party claim, everything was handled flawlessly—from scheduling and rental coordination to the quality of the repair. No issues at all, and the car looks perfect. Highly recommend.

I had brought my vehicle in for an insurance claim for a repair on my rear bumper. I asked them if they could also do some repairs on the front that wasn't part of the car accident at the same time but I'd be willing to pay for it, since it was there anyway. Not only were the able to do both, but they got it done way ahead of schedule, all before Christmas. Their work is amazing, it looks like a brand new car, and their work is guaranteed for as long as you own the car. I'm pretty sure I found my new auto repair shop.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. The people in the shop are great. But the systems in place at Caliber are very much set up to benefit car insurance companies, not people who were in car accidents. If I could go back in time, I would absolutely go to an independent repair shop.
I was super confused after the accident- if you're in a similar spot, hang in there! You'll figure it out! I just wouldn't recommend going here for an insurance estimate/repair.

My Volvo was was backed into and this was one of the recommended shops by the insurance company. I’ve had my work car repaired from them in the past and felt comfortable having them work on my new personal car. They kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process and even argued For a replacement door shell instead of repairing it as the insurance company stated. The repair was completed on time even over the holidays and the paint matched perfectly. I would highly recommend them and go to them again in the future if needed.

I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and even though the situation wasn’t ideal, working with Hasan made the entire experience so much better. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, kind, and easy to work with.
Hasan kept me updated constantly, communicated clearly, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my car. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with care.
I really appreciate the level of service I received. Thank you, Hasan, for making a tough situation feel manageable and for taking such great care of everything. Highly recommend!

I was in an accident and a friend suggested this location as well as my insurance. I don’t know what all to say. They were amazing. Hassan was the main employee I dealt with and he was amazing. JD the GM was also fantastic. From the check in process to the almost daily updates about my car to the fact my car was completed two days earlier than expected. I do highly recommend them for your auto body needs. Also they used all OEM parts and zero third party parts which is always a huge plus at least in my eyes. Thanks again to the whole crew and hope to never see you again but if needed I will definitely be giving you a call. 10/10 ⭐️
I meant to add some pics an unable to add them in after the fact but I wasn’t able too. But hopefully you take my word for my review. lol

This was the second time my family has used Caliber and they did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle. I was kept up to date with what was going on and my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. I am very happy and satisfied with their service.
